Probably the longest chapter so far---|-/---
"Josh, there's hundreds of silver sedans out there." Tyler sighed.
"No. That looks exactly like the one I saw outside the music store." Josh insisted. "What if they're actually here? Where's Debby?" Josh panicked.
"It's okay Josh. Let's just try to find her." Tyler kept calm. "She's probably with either Ashley or Jenna. If we find one, we find the other."
"Okay." Josh breathed. "Where should we look? This place is so big you could run away from home and still be home." Josh exaggerated.
"Let's go inside again." Tyler walked back inside, followed by Josh.
Once they entered the house, they felt the warm heat from all the people that were in there. People were jumping up and down to the beat of the music, and some were acting crazy by running around and pushing people like hyper 8 year olds. Some people were also just standing there and talking to their friends as they drank from their red cups.
From a distance, Josh saw Chris and Nick again. Letting out a sigh of relief, he grabbed Tyler and they both walked towards them. "Have you guys seen Debby?!" Josh asked them loudly. The music was very loud on this side of the house.
"No!" Nick answered, covering one of his ears to cover the music to listen to them.
"Do you know where she might be?!"
"She's probably in the kitchen!" Chris yelled.
Not wanting to scream anymore, Tyler and Josh headed to the kitchen while getting through more crowds of people. The music got quieter as they walked away. This house sure is big.
"Chug! Chug! Chug!" Tyler and Josh heard people chant as they got closer to the kitchen. There was a tall random stranger drinking from bottle of vodka. When she finished what remained inside the bottle, people cheered as she tumbled out of the way. She was obviously going to get the worst hangover out of everyone in this house.
"Debby?!" Josh called, hoping she'd answer. She didn't.
"She's down the hall." Another stranger told them, pointing down to another hallways that was by the kitchen. They didn't know where this hallway led to.
"Thanks." Josh said simply, and walked down the hall trying his hardest not to bump into anyone. Because there was so many people, Tyler held on to Josh's shirt like little kids do so with their parents in large crowds so he wouldn't get left behind.
Finally, Tyler and Josh could see Debby at the end of the hallway with Jenna and Ashley. At least they were safe.
"Tyler! There you are!" Jenna smiled the moment she saw him. She approached him and kissed him as if they've been apart for weeks. Tyler smiled back, remembering that they were still dating. For some reason, he just forgets sometimes, and he felt bad. He still feels bad for everything. Josh, knowing Tyler's secret, felt bad for him too.
"Hi Jenna. Having fun?"
"There's just a game of beer pong going on here. I'm just watching." Jenna said truthfully, remembering to be careful.
"Hey guys!" Brendon greeted them once again. He had a few cans of beer in his hands. They assumed they were all going to be used for the upcoming game of beer pong. "Are you guys playing?"
"I'm good, thanks." Tyler nodded, and so did Josh.
"I'm playing." Ashley said excitedly, helping get the red cups in place.
