Here. Happy?

========================

You stared at Glitch's body tiredly, watching his chest rise and fall in a peaceful slumber. As soon as Glitch passed out Mark appeared with Anti, and just managed to save him. Mark later told you that another second and he would have been too far gone, so you were glad that Anti hurried to get Mark. You thought about the conversation the two of you had while Anti was finishing up with Glitch.

"What were you doing before Anti got you?" you asked curiously.

"Oh, nothing important. Just finished up recording," he answered vaguely.

"Hope we didn't distract you from anything important," you said, smiling.

"Oh! No, nothing, don't worry about it," he chuckled. "So, you and Dark, huh?" He knew that Dark was here, still unconscious in his room.

You paled, realizing what he meant. "Oh, no nothing like that! I... I'm his niece."

"Wait, what? You... I... huh?!" he stammered, pointing at you, then at himself, his eyes narrowing in confusion.

"Wilford's my dad. You didn't know this?"

"No! Wilford never tells me anything!" Mark groaned. "Anyways, I guess I'm your uncle now!" he exclaimed, sighing gruffly.

"I didn't realize you would be so disappointed," you joked.

"No, not at you. Wish I'd have known earlier, that lying sack of-"

"Mark!" Anti shouted from upstairs. "Let Glitch sleep!"

"Sorry!" the YouTuber called back. "Anyways, I should get back. It was nice seeing you," he said as Anti walked down the stairs, then teleported with Mark to get him back home.

"Mmf...." Glitch groaned in his sleep, snapping you out of the memory. You held his hand, looking out the window and moving on to something else.

You hadn't bothered to see Dark after the incident. He was awake, you knew, but really hadn't gotten the chance, taking care of Glitch and all. Anyways, you didn't think you wanted to see him, not after what he did. He almost killed you, almost killed Glitch.

But he wasn't himself, you argued to, well, yourself.

So? He almost killed his brother, you said back. You were interrupted from your mental argument by the door opening. You looked to it, and saw Anti, grinning.

"Hey, kiddo," he greeted, his voice light, but forced.

"Hey. How's Dark?" you mumbled, not bothering to sound as happy as him. He shrugged, his smile slipping off his lips.

"Fine. He's moping around like a zombie downstairs, refuses to come up and see either of ya," he told you, sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Good. I don't feel like talking to him anyhow," you admitted, glancing at Glitch again. He coughed lightly, then became silent.

"Oh, really, lass? I'll bring him up then," Anti smirked, so you punched him lightly. "Seriously, though, see him. He'll really do well if you talk to him."

"But what if he-"

"I'll take care of Glitch," he assured you, already pushing you out the door. "He's your uncle, he won't hurt you. Now shoo." And he closed the door in front of your face with a grin. You gulped and headed downstairs slowly, searching for your moping uncle.

"Dark?" you called, going into the kitchen. He was there, sitting by the dining table, looking as if he was dying.

His hair was lank and hanging down his face, covering one eye. His clothes were sweaty and wrinkled, dark bags under his eyes.

"Hey, (Y/N)," he murmured. Even his voice was weak, you could barely hear him.

"Hey, Dark," you repeated, sitting beside him. He moved away, staring at the ground. "Dark, Glitch is fine, you know," you sighed, hating that you had to see him like this.

"I know," he nodded, and cleared his throat. "Uh... (Y/N)... maybe I should... I was thinking, maybe I should go for a few days," he told you.

"Go? W-why?" you asked, confused.

"Well... maybe I made a mistake. I was originally taking you back because Wilford was wondering what Anti and I were hiding, so we got nervous. I didn't want you to face the same problems as me, so I decided to help. Anti had the same idea and all, but so far, where has it gotten you? You're missing from your school, your friend is dead, Glitch almost died, and I almost killed you. Maybe... maybe Wilford was right. This is all my fault." His eyes became cold and distant, and he let out a gruff sigh.

"This wasn't your fault, Dark," you tried to reason, but he just held up a finger and closed his eyes, breathing heavily.

"Don't. Just don't... try to make me feel better," he murmured angrily. You didn't know what to say, so you just closed your mouth. "I should go."

"You're not going anywhere," you said firmly, standing up and right in front of Dark. The demon just laughed coldly, not at all like his former self.

"And who's gonna stop me?" he asked, smirking at you.

"Me," you answered simply. He just laughed mockingly.

"You?" he scoffed. "You? You and what army? I have an immunity to your mind powers, and there's no possible way you could force me into staying. I'm doing this for your own good, so how about you just let me do this?" His voice was bitter, yet he was smiling grimly. He stepped beside you, ready to go ahead, but you stepped in front of him again, blocking him from walking away.

"Why are you underestimating me, Dark? I got Glitch to calm down," you muttered, folding your arms.

"That's because he's not as strong as me. Now, get out of my way, or I'll make you," he threatened.

You had three options.

1. Let Dark leave. Maybe you can call him back later with the telepathic powers, but he'll probably not listen to you.

2. Try to use your mind powers. It might not work, and he might push you out of the way and leave anyways.

3. Call Anti. He could teleport downstairs and grab Dark, but he might not be quick enough. And Glitch might be put in danger. His chances were low as it was, and Anti was the only way to get Mark to stabilize him again.

"So, (Y/N)? I'm not asking again. Get out of my way," Dark repeated, his eyes glaring at you.

Hurry. Make up your mind.
