Brent and I became exclusively dating.
Instead of saying yes to his marriage proposal, mas ginusto ko nalang na tumira kasama siya, instead of marrying him.
We are now living together for 3 months. Sa condo niya kami tumira noong una, pero dahil wala naman daw kasama ang daddy nito, at medyo masama ang kondisyon ng kalusugan nito kaya pumayag kami ni Brent na doon na tumira sa bahay nila.
Living with Brent isn't as easy at first. Hindi pa kasi ako sanay na may ibang kasama sa buhay. After all, I have been living alone for quite a long time. Awkwardness was one of the most major problem I've encountered. Having anxiety, isn't as easy as it seem. It's not like we're just faking it or what.
Pasalamat nalang ako at supportive si Brent. Even his dad is very nice.
Brent made sure to make me feel that I'm not alone in battling anxiety. That he will always be there whenever I need him. He even recommended one of his friends who is a psychologist. Then, we started having psychotherapy session and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I can't really say that I'm totally anxiety free now. Pero at least hindi ako ganoon katakot makihalubilo.
Brent always make sure na sa isang linggo, lalabas kaming dalawa at mamasyal sa kung saan. At first, it's really difficult. Pakiramdam ko, sumasama ang pakiramdam ko isipin palang na pupunta ako sa mataong lugar... pero habang tumatagal, medyo nasasanay na din ako. It's more of desensitizing yourself ika nga nila. Meaning, kung ano yung mga kinatatakutan mo, haharapin mo, sa pagdaan ng panahon masasanay ka na din.

"Do you like the food here?", tanong ni Brent pagkatapos naming kumain sa isang seafood restaurant.
"Yap. It's good", sagot ko.
Tumayo na kami at umalis. Napagdesisyunan naming dumiretso ng mall, para mamili ng mga groceries. Isa din ito sa mga "therapy" ko. By doing this mas naeexpose ako sa maraming tao.
Kasalukuyan kaming namimili sa may frozen section ng biglang may lumapit na dalawang babae sa akin...
