" Where did you get that?" A Caucasian hand gently touched Byron's cheek that has a small contusion." No it's nothing." Byron who's dress in Brioni Vanquish II impeded Thelma who's wearing black heels and asymmetrical dress with non fussy cascading curls in her hair from moving her hand up to his forehead.
They were few inches apart standing alone in an English garden. A tumult from chitchat of people and splendid trumpets playing Wedding songs pulsated the venue.
" So why are you here?" Thelma questioned Byron with a slick, voluptuous voice.
" I just want to be alone , ya know. " Byron shrugged. "It's so rambunctious inside that it incapacitates the ear."
There was a moment of silence as they watched the colossal fountain in the center of the garden.
" How about you? What brings you here?" Byron asked with a groggy voice, his eyebrows hoisted.
Thelma turned her body sideways to face Byron.
" Can we sit down in a bench, because my legs are already exhausted." Thelma requested with a coy voice." No problem." Byron showed an ecstatic smile and he lifted her fixed, pristine legs up high in the air.
" Hey!" Thelma scowled as she slap Byron in the cheek, but some part of her wants what Byron did awhile ago.
" I thought you're already tired. You should thank me. What I'm doing right now is scrutinizing if I have enough guts to afford being a gentleman."
In response, she gave a coquettish snigger.
Once they're already near to the bench, Byron deposited Thelma and sat close to her.
" You don't know how to laugh, huh?" Byron peeved Thelma.
" What! Of course yes, I mean no. I know how to express my own thoughts. If you can't show it, you have to act it out!" Thelma frowned, her face was deadpan.
" Back to the unanswered question I ask awhile ago, why are you here?"
" Same with you, I just want to be alone." She bent her back and shifted her body forward not leaning her back on the bench, while swinging her lower legs.
" Well, you're not alone cause I am here with you. You want to be alone, but you're here... beside me. It doesn't make sense." Byron argued.
Surprisingly, Thelma rose up disappointed and sashayed away from Byron.
" Hey, wait!" Byron hurried to catch up with Thelma, but she didn't stop and her expression was impassive.
She stopped and faced Byron with a choleric look.
" Look, I'm just joking okay." Byron conveyed.
They didn't know that there was a solitary figure gaping his eyes at them from behind using binoculars.
" I should capture this." The man wearing grey ivy cap took out his Canon camera, as Thelma seize Byron's hand. They had secreted in an ornamental cherry tree.
