" Impressive." A stiff deep monotone voice echoed the hallway as a good looking, masculine man with newspaper on his hands roamed around inspecting what his workers are up to, astonishing them with his presence, they startled and payed obeisances to him by bowing their heads every time they breathe in and smell his perfume. This guy isn't an ordinary guy but he is their big boss and the owner of a company.
After hours of roaming around, he settled down in his main office, sitting in his ornamental couch made of wool, and watching a movie of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Then he got to his feet and turned the tv off when a knock thumped the door.
"Who's that?"
" Marcus, it's me your brother - Flynn."
"Get in."
Flynn placed his brown barrel bag inside the metallic shoe rack near the door.
" So why are you here?" Marcus who was sitting in a wheelchair, legs above the table, while sipping brewed coffee.
" I came here to visit my big brother, you know I'm here to check how you are doing. Maybe you need some help handling the business." Flynn ensconced himself down in the swivel chair nearby the table. He faced Marcus who was serious at drinking his coffee. Subsequently, Flynn noticed the mundane newspaper lying on the table, just full of prosaic writings about humdrum news, but what enticed him is in the back of the newspaper.
" Who's this guy?" Flynn asked, his eyes rolling and browsing the newspaper.
" His name is Byron Adams. A prosperous businessman that had amnesia twice. I don't know why he remembered the incidents that caused him to have amnesia, but he can't remember his past. There's something inside his brain that triggers him to have this special ability, and I need to find out what it is.
I'm glad you're here, you'll be the one to monitor him 24/7. We are conducting procedures and experiments on him to test if he is our first successful variable."
"Hmmm, let me think if I can do this job that you asked me to do......I should've not visited you brother if you're just going to give me this nuts, I'll just go back home and bite ice!" Flynn jumped and walk out of the office.
"I'll give you 1M if you helped me." Marcus answered back.
"Money makes the world go round. And I don't want to go astray with spikes, spiderwebs and ferocious snakes chasing me."
