Chapter 4: loyalty pack

"100 cartons of juice on the wall. 100 cartons of juice! Take one down throw it at kaden! 99 cartons of juice on the wall!"

I sang as we drove. And drove. And drove. And drove. And drove. Did I mention that we drove?

"Why don't I throw it at your face!"

Kaden yelled out of annoyance.

"Just shut up! You started at 500 for Pete's sake!"

Dad groaned as he rubbed his eyes.

"Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?"

Alaska asked repeatedly and I giggled. Kaden and dad groaned as they kept driving.

"Know what! I'm done driving. Luke you drive!"

Kaden said as he pulled the car over. Him and dad switched sides and dad began to drive.

'Hey spark, do you know what music Mozart makes now that he's dead?'

I ask my wolf and I can tell she rolled her eyes.

'No but I bet your gonna tell me.'

She says and I laugh mentally.

'He decomposes!'

I yell at her as I burst out laughing. Everyone sent me a weird look but rolled there eyes.

'That joke was so cheesy it should only be told in Wisconsin.'

She says back and I laugh harder.

'This is pun-ishment.'

I tell her and she falls on her back laughing.

'We're punny and your an idoit.'

She tells me and she blocks me out. I roll my eyes and look around at everyone.

"What stupid joke do you have now?"

Kaden asks and I grin. Oh this will be his pun-ishment.

After several hours of stupid puns and jokes we finally arrived in the loyalty pack.

We drive through the territory which is filled with magnificent houses, large schools, and amazing skyscrapers.

We drove straight through the city and into the country. We must be half way through the pack by now.

We pulled up to their pack house where alpha Griffen was waiting for us. We all got out of the car and Alaska and I grabbed our back packs.

"Greetings alpha kaden, beta luke, and Ladies Alaska and jaylin."

Griffen addresses us and we all shake hands.

"And to you as well alpha Griffen."

I greet him and we share a smile.

"Well I hope you stay goes well. I will have my beta show you to your rooms. I will have all the unmated males ready by tomorrow morning. I hope to see you all by 7 AM."

He said and another man appeared. He introduced himself as the beta and we were lead off to our rooms.

My room had black bedding and a grey carpet. The walls were a dark blue. I had mahogany nightstands on either side of the bed with a desk in the corner.

I set my bag down and grabbed out a shirt and jeans. I set them on the desk and went to take a shower.

When I got out I put my hair into a high pony tale and got dressed in the shirt and jeans. I will not be late tomorrow.

I then climbed into bed after I checked my phone. The next morning my alarm went off on my phone and I got up. I went into the bathroom and chose not to do any makeup. The only reason I ware it is because Alaska forces me to.

I walk down into the main area to meet up with Alaska and griffen.

"Good morning lady Jaylin. I trust you had a good rest?"

Griffen asked and I nodded.

"Thank you alpha."

I tell him and he smiles.

"Well off you go, but as you have probably heard before. Your mate will have a unique smell and you will be able to pin point them like you can a black hoodie in a white crowd of hoodies."

He says as he opens the door for us. I see a long line of males all in tuxedos. All of their attention is turned to us.

We spend the next half hours meeting everyone. But just like the last pack, no mate for either of us.

We met up with kaden and luke outside after all the males went home. Griffen was there as well.

"I'm sorry ladies that you didn't find your mates. I truly hope to see you again soon."

Griffen spoke as he nodded at all of us.

"It is alright Griffen. We are off to the power pack anyways. Out search is not yet over."

Dad says and Griffen sends us a smile. Alaska and I load into the car and dad and kaden follow. We pull out of the loyalty pack and begin our way to the power pack.

Sage's pack. Sage blakes pack. The brother to my Luna and aunt. The one who I always saw as a bad person. The one that yelled and hurt Rome, my other aunt. He's the one I always thought worked with Demitri, the rouge king.

The power pack has its name for a reason. And that reason is that it's one of the most powerful packs in the Allied packs. If you need help, your turn to them.

'I hope mate in in sage's pack. But I like the name sage.'

Oh crap! When a wolf likes a certain name it could mean that that is the name of your mate.

I seriously hope sage isn't my mate.
