Chapter 14: Ace

Jaylin p.o.v

The man comes in and unlocks Sage's cuffs.

"Please follow me."

He says and sage ties the blanket around his waist. Sage grabs my hand as we walk out. We are imeaditly surrounded by guards as we leave the cell.

We are lead into a large room. It looks like a meeting room or office.

"Wait here the alpha will be in in a few minutes."

The man says and walks out. I look around the room and sage smirks.

"The prison pack, of course."

He whispers and we take a seat. The door opens and a man walks in.

"Sage."

The man addresses sage and I sigh.

"Ace."

Sage spoke back as ace took a seat at his desk.

"Im sorry about the conditions you woke up in. You killed 2 of my men when your wolf took over."

Ace said and sage sighed. I squeezed his hand and he calmed down.

"My apologies Ace."

Sage says and I smile.

"No hard feelings. Anyway I should-"

Ace was interrupted by the door swinging open. In walked Liam and Alaska.

"Jaylin your alive!"

Alaska shouted as she pulled me into a hug. Liam tossed sage some cloths and pried his mate off me.

"Yes I am. Now can we go home. I've had enough drama for one day."

I tell her and sage grabs my hand. He is fully dressed in a white V neck shirt and black jeans.

"It's late, you all can stay the night."

Ace offers and I smile.

"Thank you."

I tell him and he nods and leads us to our rooms. Sage and I share a room and Liam and Alaska do as well.

Sage and I lay in bed just holding each other when a thought comes to my mind.

"Sage when we get back home will you mark me?"

I ask him and he turns to me with a smile on his face.

"I want our mating and marking to be special. I will gladly mark you when we get home."

He tells me and I smile. Soon after sleep takes its hold on the both of us.

When I awake I'm in a car with Liam and Alaska in the front. Sage is asleep holding me in the back. I smile and poke his cheek.

He groans and holds me closer. I poke him again and he opens his eyes and smiles.

"Hey beautiful."

He whispers and I blush.

"Whatever."

I tell him and he smiles.

"Well look who's awake."

Liam said and Alaska looks back.

"Well well well, what do we have here? The big bad wolf and little red riding hood cuddling."

She says and I roll my eyes. She looks back forward and no one uttered a word the rest of the ride home.

When we got home it was late at night and everyone was asleep. We crept through the pack house and up to Sage's and my room. We got in there and I shut the door.

"I am pooped!"

Sage said as he fell on the bed. I smiled as I realized I've been slowly helping him show emotion.

"I know, but I'm going to take a shower."

I tell him and I strut into the bathroom. I can hear him following and I giggle. He walks in and shuts the door behind him. I turn the shower on and turn around.

"Are you going to help me save water?"

Sage asked and I burst out laughing. He was so calm about it but he soon joined in.

"Why not you big oaf."

I tell him as I begin to undress. I take off my shirt and I can hear Sage's light growl of approval.

I slide my pants off my legs and I turn around to see sage. He is shirtless and is looking at me. I blush as I walk up to him.

"Like what you see?"

I ask him and he chuckles.

"I love what I see."

He tells me and pecks my lips. I smile and pull away so we can both continue to undress.

I took off my underwear and bra. I looked over my shoulder to see a naked sage. I walked over to the shower and hopped in.

Sage followed after me and as soon as he was in he pulled me into his chest.

"Sage."

I speak softly and he looks down at me.

"I said I would mark you when we get home and I plan on doing that."

He says as he leans down. We connect out lips and sparks erupt. I moan into the kiss as his hands grip my hips. My hands wrap around his neck and fly into his hair.

He picks me up and pushes me up against the shower wall. Water sprays on his back causing him to look 10 times as sexy.

Sage begins to kiss down my neck and down to my shoulder. His canines scrape over the spot where he will mark me. I moan and grip his shoulders.

"Your arousal babygirl. It smells so good."

He groans and I moan at the sound. His arousal fills my nose as well as I feel it against my leg.

"I said I wanted to make this special so I will."

Sage says as he pulls back from my neck.

"Let me mate you and mark you at the same time."

He says and I gasp.

"Of course sage."
