She went over to him and said

"Well! Would you like some help then? Who needs to be helped and what needs to be done?"

She grabbed a baseball cap, put it on then tucked her hair into it.

"Why I love you Ella!" He said as he gave her a hug "There are a group of girls that just got done with some cross-country, their horses and tack need to be cleaned."

He told her and gave her the supplies with a small kiss on her cheek.

With that, she grabbed the bucket and hurried outside before he could see her blush.

Oh yes.

She has a crush on him ever since they meant.

When she reached the group of girls she asked

"Yall need your horses cleaned up?"

When they nodded she nodded back, grabbed their horse's reins, and went over to wash them off.

One by one she tied them up, in groups of two, by a few posts.

She grabbed the bucket with the supplies she had in it and put some of the soap in it then filled it about three-forths of the way up with water then started cleaning them one at a time.

When she was finally finished she went over them with a hose to clean off any remaining water, then brushed off the excess water that was left on their coat.

She untied them and lead them into a fairly medium sized pasture so they could eat while their coats dried.

She walked around for a while before she found the girls.

"Excuse me ladies, your horses are all washed and are in the drying pasture right now. Whenever you need to take them out and leave you may do so."

She nodded when she was done then went back to the barn, when she saw her friend, Eli, she went over to him

"Hey stable boy, I'm all done now."

He nodded but continued to work.

When he was finished he looked up at her and put away his supplies he was using.

As she followed him she picked up a few supplies that were left out and out them away as well

"What shall we do later? Wanna go for a ride with Star and Mingo? They haven't seen eachother in a while and I'm sure they miss eachother."

As she finished, she stepped out, then leaned her head on the wall and closed her eyes against the warm afternoon sun

"Yes, we could do that. I'm sure Mingo and Star did missed eachother."

When he finished she opened her eyes, she jumped when she saw him infront of her, playfully she pushed him back and yelled

"Eli! You scared me! You know your not suppose to do that! So not cool."

She pushed off from the wall and stomped her way back inside the barn, leaving him there alone.
