The Fate Between Us:
Chapter 27: Ay Mi Dios

I'm very sorry for updating late, I hit writers block as to how I could progress with this book. Please do remind yourself that this book is written as well in a present time so 12 years beforehand is when the situation happened for Rose

Think, Say, Do. You'd use these words everyday, applying to any situation. Well in my case I had to think of what exactly to tell Hayes before I actually say it. He doesn't know where I come from, he doesn't know who I really am, so how would I tell him what really happened? Would I explain to him everything now or would I just tell him partial information? I didn't want to say anything that would potentially harm our friendship or freak him out. I looked up at him, he had this look of panic in his eyes, as well as pity was staring back at me. I wanted nothing more for Hayes to know the truth about everything, and yet that was the most complicated thing I could do. It hurt me to know I couldn't tell him everything, I didn't even know if he was going to play an impact in my life. I had this urge to cry for some reason, I had an odd in my stomach over an unknown feeling that I wanted to know what it, it exactly was. I sighed looking at Hayes once more before continuing my story.

"In my life, a reoccurring horrific event happens to me twice, whether
it's from someone dying that I know, to getting trapped in a room with no door handle, to basically having to relive this moment with this young girl. I don't know why it happens but it just does, I take from past events and reapply them when they happen to me once more. What happened this past week isn't your fault Hayes, there was nothing you could do to stop it, it had to happen sooner or later. There was nothing that could prevent this from happening, if it didn't happen I don't know how much it would of affected the future. You need to understand that it needed to happen Hayes and it isn't your fault..." He looked at me with sad eyes, but gave a relaxing smile before pulling me into a hug. This felt weird though, I don't really know what exactly what was happening but I felt different towards Hayes, a good different. We looked at each other for a bit before Hayes shook his head and started to get into his thinking mode. He paced back and forth between the me and the door thinking about something to say to me I presume.

"Ok so what if it wasn't like that? Like what would happen if we found a way to prevent this from happening to you again? I mean this is your second time for this event so it won't happen but like what if we prevent certain events from happening again? I know you said it had to happen but what if one of these times you actually die Rose? The amount of times you've affected people, hell even your fans no one wants to see you gone like that. I don't want to see you go, no one wants to see you go through this type of damage Rose." By then he started to ramble on, mumbling occasionally underneath his breath before running a hand through his hair. He wasn't going to be able to understand any of this at all.

Hayes was rambling on about something but I honestly wasn't paying any attention. My thoughts drifted onto  what had initially happened to me the first time I had to go through this event. It had happened on the same day, same month but 12 years prior. A shiver came down through my spine recollecting the thoughts of a very horrific day for me. Hayes held my hand giving me sympathy before going ahead and telling him my story but I didn't need that. "On June 8th of 2009 I was with my family friend at Universal visiting for my 4th time. I had never been able to reach the height requirements for this ride but that day I had just happened to finally reach. Being the confident and brave child I was, I went on the ride with an adult and the ride had suffered the same malfunction except this time it was on purpose."

"Now obviously no one knew this, no one had a clue about this happening. People were growing with fear and anxiety so a lot of people decided to jump since the firefighters were taking too long, hopefully surviving although none did. Now there was an adult next to the one I knew and one next me on my other side. That other adult had decided to persuade my adult to help himself out of the chair before dragging both of them down to their doom. Now that left me and the adult on the other side of me, he had given me a reassuring smile but then decided to feel up on my leg. I had knew that this wasn't right as he started getting closer to an area that I hold very precious to myself so the only thing I could do is start screaming. He grew very agitated and attempted to put a knife against my throat but a firefighter was making his way up. He looked over and as the firefighter started to make his way towards me I decided to grab the knife from him and stab him in the leg. He screeched in pain and called me a little bastard when the firefighter noticed that he had a knife in his leg. He safely picked me up before starting to head back down to the ground. No questions asked in that moment but as we had made our way down the rides cords broke off sending it to plummet down, listening to the sickening noise of metal hit concrete. By then the entire scene became a blood bath and they had to shut down the Marvel section for the rest of the day as they investigated the situation." I ended my sentence before looking back up at Hayes. I could tell he wanted to question so much more but I couldn't tell him more as we were expected to head out somewhere with the Jack's. I'd assume that Charlie had finally decided to tell everyone I was ready to move on from this horrific tragedy.
