It was Greg the dead person was Greg. I should've cared, but I mean the guy had it coming he was the crazy psycho lunatic that tried to kill everyone, so he kinda deserves it.
"Whatever,"I said out loud. "He killed an innocent person."
He takes me to the next dead person. Kat. The person I practically grew up with. I cry.
"She didn't deserve this! Greg did this to her, she...sho...,"I try to talk, but the tears were to strong.
"I'm sorry,"The doctor said. "Did you know her?"
"Yes she was like an older sister to me,"I said. "Take me closer to her."
He wheels me over, and I hug her. She hated dead bodies they scared her, one time she started hyperventilating and crying when she saw one... So if she saw herself like this she'd be freaking out.
"This isn't you Anymore, I don't wanna remember you as some dead person,"I said. "You didn't deserve this you're young, and had so much to see, Rest In Peace, I'll forever remember you as the girl you were not a helpless dead body."
I wipe away my tears, and put on her bracelet that she couldn't live without, the one that she took everywhere. She told me to watch it for her, but never got the chance to give it back, cause here she is.
"Here Kat hope the other side treats you well,"I said. "Take me out now."
The doctor wheels me out as I stare at her one last time. Goodbye Kat. I saw the rest of the people alive and well at least they made it, then he took me to Abie. She wasn't injured very badly just a broken arm, and a black eye. She didn't know. I go to her, and look at her with pain in my face.
"Abie....I...need to tell you something,"I said.
"What's wrong? Are you okay? How are the others,"She asked?
"They're okay,"I said. "Except.....Ka...Kat's gone."
A tear fell down her face "You're kidding right? Her? Die? She hates death"
"I wish I was, but she's gone forever,"I said.
She started crying "There's no way that jerk could've left me."
I laugh a little and cry "She left us."
"I'm gonna smack her,"She said. "But I can't now."
She cried even harder.
"It's Greg's fault,"I said.
"It's not fair,"Abie said! "He got to live but not Kat."
"Actually he's dead too, but he deserved it, Kat didn't,"I said.
"She kept telling me how much she wanted to die, cause she didn't wanna pick between Kaden and Josh, now she's got what she wants. Stupid idiot,"Abie said tears falling down her face.
"Yeah haha. Stupid idiot,"I said.
"May the stupid idiot Rest In Peace,"Abie said.
"Rest in peace stupid idiot,"I said.
I hug her.
"I have to tell Isabel, and everyone else I'll be back,"I said to Abie.
"Well...okay.....good luck,"She said. "Tell Isabel I love her."
"I will,"I said.
I leave Abie as she falls into her pillow crying as soon as I leave. I go to Isabel who is now out of surgery awake and smiling covered in band aids.
"Heyyy! I can't believe the idiot tried to kill us. I knew he was a serial killer. Kat was right! Just wait till I tell her,"I said.
I look at her my smile fading.
"What's wrong,"She asked trying to stand up, but she couldn't. "Ow."
"Don't try and move it'll just hurt,"I said. "Kat's dead."
She laughed "You're lying! She can't die! Not yet! What about our plans? Who is she gonna pick Kaden or Josh I'll never know if she's dead!"
"I'm really not lying, I wish I were I wish sooo much that I were,"I said.
She looks at me her smile leaving her face "Kat dead? My best friend? Please no! I can....I just I can't what am I gonna do without her? Who am I gonna tell my boy problems too."
"I'm sorry,"I said,
"I can't.....this is too much to take in! This is Greg's fault!! I'm gonna kill him,"Isabel said.
"Too late,"I said.
"Good he should rot in hell,"Isabel said starting to cry. "No one gets to take my best friend away."
"She was like my big sister, she deserved to live a longer life,"I said.
"I'm gonna kill her for dying on me, she shouldn't have left me. Not now. Why Kat?! We've been through so much! And you let Greg kill you! You didn't even let Jasmine's dad kill you,"Isabel said. "She had her whole future planned out you know?"
I would hug her, but she was in a big cast. "I know she wanted to see the world."
"She did,"Isabel tried to finish what she was saying, but her tears wouldn't let her. "I......wanna......I'm gonna get Slater for her, and I'm gonna live my life I know she's there somewhere listening to me this is for you Kat I love you boo Rest In Peace Kit Kat."
"And I'm gonna give Abie the best life,"I said.
"Whatever happens on the other side I hope it's good for you Kat they better have good food, and when I die get ready to party with me I'm gonna give you the biggest high five ever, like we use to do in junior high. I remember the best high five we ever had was when we were waiting for our ride in the winter time, and it was so amazing it hurt, it'll go down in history,if you get reincarnated I know we will find each other," Isabel said trying to stop her tears.
