*Kat's P.O.V*
"Isabel look! This one looks like some you'd wear,"I said pointing to short pink dress.
"You're right! I love it thanks Kat! I couldn't find anythingggg,"Isabel said.
"I gotchu,"I said.
"What about this one, is it cute,"Abie said pointing to a short blue dress.
"Yess omg get it,"I said!
"Okay,"Abie said.
I turn around to be greeted by a beautiful red dress, I knew it was the one. I was in love.
I grab it, and show the girls.
"Dude you need it,"Isabel said.
"Yesss,"Abie said.
"Okay do we have everything? The shoes? And you know all our stuff,"I asked?
"Yup let's go pay,"Isabel said.
We pay for everything, and go back to our hotel room.
"Guys what are we gonna do while we wait,"Abie said.
"Well we will do each other's hair,"Isabel said. "And get prepped it's 3 p.m we need to hurry."
"What time does it start anyways,"I asked?
"I don't know I'll ask Slater,"Isabel said.
She calls Slater, and he tells us it starts at 8 and ends at 12.
"Okay we've got plenty of time, wanna get food while we wait,"Isabel asked?
"Yeah food sounds nice,"I said.
"Really it does,"Abie said.
---Skipping to Prom---
"Girls I have a surprise for you,"Isabel said clapping her hands.
"Oh yay,"I said.
We walk out, with our eyes closed as Isabel guides us.
"Open them now,"Isabel said.
We open our eyes and see a limo.
"Oh wow did you seriously get a limo for this?! That's expensive,"I said.
"Well yes, but I got like 90% off since I know a guy,"Isabel said.
"Oh I forgot you're a party girl,"I said laughing.
"Haha don't forget the best thing ever,"Isabel said.
The guys walk out, and Mason runs to Abie.
"Oh my heck boo you looking fine,"Mason said to Abie.
I see Kaden and Josh looking at me smiling. Oh no.
"Why you starring,"I said to them.
"You look beautiful,"They said at the same time.
I laugh "Wow how many times have you two said that to me."
"A lot,"Kaden said.
Isabel went to Slater, and his eyes went wide.
"You look absolutely stunning,"Slater said to Isabel.
"Dude just date already,"I said to them.
Isabel blushes, oohhhhh how cute.
"Shut up Kat,"Isabel said.
I laugh "Good luck love birds."
*Abie's P.O.V*
Mason gives me a corsage.
"Where'd you get this,"I said laughing.
"Um found it at the mall,"Mason said.
"Did you steal it,"I asked snickering.
"Noooo, kidding I bought it at this prom store,"Mason said.
"Wow you fool imma beat you,"I said laughing.
He opens the limo door for me and I get in, he follows after me. Then Isabel and Slater Get in, then well the awkward trio as everyone calls them behind their backs.
"This is gonna be a great night with all of us,"I said excited.
"It is,"Kat said.
"I'm excited for this,"Isabel said. "Though I don't have a date.
Dangggg she was saying that for Slater to hear for sure, she's probably gonna hold a grudge on him for a longggg time.
"Uh well neither do I,"Kat said trying not to make it awkward.
"Well you could just have one if you'd pick one,"Isabel said to Kat.
"I don't want to,"Kat said.
"I know, that's why your looking for a new man,"Isabel said.
"Exactly,"Kat said. "But We don't need dates."
"No we don't though it would have been nice,"Isabel said.
"Yeah I guess I'm just glad to have my friends,"Kat said.
We get to our destination, and all walk out linking arms. We walked in there with style.we payed to get in, and started partying hard. Isabel was flirting with guys with Kat though they were for sure a lot younger than them they didn't care, I'm pretty sure they were trying to prove something. I danced with Mason. Something didn't feel right with him though, it's like I'm not sure what I feel for him. I just don't get those butterflies people talk about. What's happening.
*Isabel's P.O.V*
I look at Slater as he dances with that girl, she's ugly yup I'm prettier than her. No who am I kidding she's incredibly beautiful, what am I gonna do. I see a guy, and start dancing with him.
"What's your name,"I asked him.
"Amar,"He said. "And you?"
"Isabel. Call me Izzie,"I said.
"Cool,"He said.
I start dancing with him hoping Slater would notice, I move closer to Slater, and start dancing with Ajar or whatever his name is. I finally got Slaters attention, then kissed the guy I was dancing with. Slater walked away angry, and went outside the doors.
"Sorry I gotta go Ajar,"I said leaving.
"Wait I think I'm in love with you, I'm Amar by the way,"He said yelling to me.
Whatever happens a lot. I run to Slater outside, and see him sitting on a bench.
"Slater what's wrong,"I asked feeling accomplished.
"Oh nothing just the girl I love kissed another guy that she doesn't even know,"Slater said.
"Wait you love me? I'm sorry... I just... I thought you were in love with that one girl, so I wanted to make you jealous,"I said.
"Yeah I loved you. Not anymore though. I guess I don't want a relationship with a slut,"He said.
I look at him hurt, I never thought him out of all people would call me that, I thought better of him.
"Whatever Slater guess you're not worth it either,"I said running.
"Wait Izz... i...I'm,"He tried to yell, but I didn't care anymore.
It started raining, when I heard him running after me. He grabbed my arm forcing me to turn around. I cried my makeup was already smeared so why should it matter.
He hugged me "Izzie. I'm sorry. What I said, I didn't mean it. I was just hurt, and confused. I thought you loved me too, then when I saw you with that guy kissing him, I thought why can't that be me? Why can't she love me? I didn't even know that girl I was dancing with, I didn't pay attention to her, the whole time I was looking at you, when you weren't looking at me, looking at the way you would smile, and the way you're eyes lit up whenever you got excited,You're the only girl I've ever truly loved, and losing you would kill me, I was given a second chance to be with you, and I don't wanna lose it, cause I called you something that's not even true. Truth is Izz you're the most sweetest, kindest person I've ever met, and I don't deserve you. You aren't a slut, and I was wrong to call you that. I should've told you how I felt, and how much you mean to me, but there I was again feeling like I was back in high school couldn't get the guts to tell you. So the thing is I'm telling you now in this moment, and if you wanna hate me. Fine I deserve it. But at least I've finally got my feelings out there."
"Shut up and kiss me,"I said.
We kissed as the rain poured down on us, my heart was beating fast, and my stomach was doing flips. It was a movie moment. A rain kiss that I've always wanted.
