"You have had quite the week."

I turned to Caden and gave him a look. Some of the most eventful weeks of my life was more like it.

I had planned to release a new design of a sneaker I made on the day after my birthday. It was the best belated birthday present from the fates as that sneaker had become a very big hit and in a week after it's release, I'd had two interviews and a photoshoot with an article with a magazine. Hence the eventful weeks.

The amount of money and exposure from the sales the success brought had been completely overwhelming to me. Katherine and Andrea had been overwhelmed too and it had been painful for Katherine to leave but she'd had to.

The money had been used to renovate my house and Andrea had found it funny when I said I was buying new beds but after she slept on the soft bed like the one at Caden's house, she had stopped joking and started thanking me.

There were other minor things we did to the house from the money from sales and the money from my new job-to design the shoes that models were going to wear for the fashion show of a major fashion designer.

I wouldn't give all the thanks to the sneakers though because my work from over six months were now beginning to pay off.

I finally came out of my thoughts to see Caden standing behind me, looking down at me on the stool in front of the mirror in his guest room where I had chosen to get dressed today rather than his room. His gaze was locked on my hair and it made my lips twitch.

His intense look still continued without him noticing my suppressed amusement until he dazedly reached out his hand and fingered a strand which was when I finally made a sound.

I finally let loose then and laughed loudly, gaining his attention. I had just finished applying pink lipstick to finish up my make up and get ready for where we were going but I now paused in moving unto the next thing to do to finish everything-to laugh.

"Don't you like it?" I finally asked with laughter still in my voice as I stood up and turned to face him, the only thing separating us was the stool in front of me.

Caden looked at me then especially at my perfectly applied lipstick and I knew what he was about to do. I shook my head and stopped his progress as he brought his lips closer. He raised an eyebrow and then rolled his eyes when he saw the firmness in my eyes. "I would still use my lips to destroy the lipstick on your lips."

I rolled my eyes back. "It's becoming too much of an habit." I said as I moved around the stool and arranged my purse, thoughts of other times he had wiped my lipsticks off came to mind. His excuse was always that I never needed makeup and only wasted both our times with them.

"I asked you about my hair not my lips."

He gave me an amused smile as he looked at my dyed blonde hair. The first time he had seen it his eyes had widened but now he had gotten used to it. It had been a surprise to everyone when I dyed my black hair blonde and they had all voiced opinions but I and Andrea loved it because the curly blonde hair made me look different but still beautiful. If I could say so myself and I did because so did its product on the front page of Gold fashion magazine.

The heading had read model turned designer. Where I said my story but avoided personal topics and mentioned Mia as a friend but nothing about selling designs to anybody.

"It's beautiful but I like your blackish-brown hair better." I laughed at his words and playfully hit his arm.

"Well that name is too long and since my natural hair is so indecisive, I decided for it and picked blonde. But don't worry I will soon be back to my boring, old hair."
