Connor sat, watching Evan's figure. He was hooked up to many different machines. The boy's chest rose and fall in the brightly lit room. Connor gripped his hand. It was just Evan and Connor in the room. Evan's mom knew about what happened but was busy with work. And so here he was. Gripping his lover's hand who was fighting for his life. Evan looked so sad and pathetic lying in the hospital bed. They had pumped his stomach and set him on an IV with medicine that would ease the symptoms until the rest of the pills ran there course. He was currently in ICU, just in case something happen. Evan shifted. Connor jumped,"Evan...Evan are you awake?" He asked quietly. He stood, rubbing his thumb over Evan's hand. Evan groaned, his eyes slowly opened. "So bright..." he whispered. Connor quickly moved to turn off the lights. "Evan, my god, Evan. Thank god, you're alive." Connor said. He gripped his hand tightly. "Connor, Connor I was so scared." Evan whispered, turning his head to look at Connor. "I know baby...I know." Connor cooed, sitting on the edge of his bed. Evan shifted his head into Connor's lap, the IV cart moving closer to the bed. "Connor I was so scared..." he said, his voice cracking as tears filled up eyes. "You're ok now. You're ok. The doctor's said that there isn't lasting damage beyond a little kidney damage but you'll be ok." Connor said, gently running his hand along his cheek before combing through his hair. "You're ok, baby. I won't let this happen. Not again. Never again." He whispered. Evan hugged Connor's waist, crying into his stomach. He gripping him tightly. "I love you so much..." Evan sobbed. Connor bent over Evan and hugged him tightly,"I know baby. I love you more than the world. You are my world. My sun and my moon. I can't live without you." Connor whispered, laying gently kissing to Evan's head and forehead. Evan curled up, hugging Connor tightly. "I love you...don't leave me.." Evan sobbed, repeating it over and over. "Never. I will never leave you..." Connor whispered.
