Isabel's pov.

I've been in the hospital for six months and saw Grayson a little in between. Not as often as I wish but I saw him. Kat was sitting in the chair next to my hospital bed. She has been in every day since I got in. Making sure I'm okay and making sure I get every meal.

When I went to the doctors that night they did some tests and they found out I had leukemia. I got sent to a hospital immediately so I could get treated as soon as possible. I've been getting better and worse, but finally the treatment worked and I can go home. I lost all my hair from the chemo therapy but have grown some of it back since last month.(picture above so everyone can get a feel of how short it is). The best part is. I get to leave today. To go home and be around my family. Wake up in my own bed. See my boyfriend as much as I want. I wait for the doctor to come in. Staring at the door. When the door opens it wasn't the doctor. Just Ethan and Grayson. Grayson walks over to me and gives me a big hug.

"I missed you baby," he said." I love the hair." I put my hand on my head feeling the length.

"I hate it," I said my hand falling onto the bed." It's to short. I'm just glad you weren't here when it was shorter."

"I would've loved you either way," he said kissing me. I looked over his shoulder and saw Ethan looking sad.

"Hey babe will you go get me a drink of water," I asked trying to get him out so I could talk to Ethan. He nodded and left." Kat will you go see if mom and dad are here to get me?" She knew what I was doing and walked out." Ethan come sit down." I pointed to the chair. His toned body sat down in it.

"Did you make them leave so you could talk to me," he asked. I nodded and took his hand in mine.

"Your my best friend and I can tell when something's wrong. So please talk to me," I said." It could be anything."

"If you really want me to talk then I will. Iz I can't do this. I was on tour and I started to see a girl. She was beautiful but everytime I flirted or told her she was cute I kept thinking of you. I kept thinking about how you would feel if I dated this girl, but I couldn't figure out what you would say. I hoped you wouldn't be happy about it. So I imagined you getting bad about it. I know you and Grayson have been together for a long time now but please just think about it. How do you still see me," he asked. I didn't expect all of this. I sat in shock and when I began to answer Grayson walked in. I turned and smiled at him.

"Thank you," I said grabbing the cup of water he brought and taking a sip. Ethan got up and walked out the door. I felt bad for not answering but can I really tell him in front of Grayson? Would he want me to?
