Truth or Lie

Gilbert frowned, "We brought them back to life. Well, at least half way." Overcome with fear and anger I decided to run before I killed them all. Peck stopped the other Alphas from coming, I could tell because they would have been in front of me... by... now... Peck stood there, but we were in the forest. Her paintbrush in her hand ready to strike. She wasn't making eye contact, "This is what they were afraid of." I tried growling but it came out in more of a high pitched sound, "I want the truth." Peck was going to give it to me, but she wasn't moving. I took a step towards her and she stuck and then jumped up into a tree. A stinging feeling made my paw go up to touch it. I pulled my paw away only to find blood. Peck was still not making eye contact, "Dare, I tried to stop them but they did it anyways. They sacrificed you parents to bring Juno and Rico back. They killed your parents because they used to be Gods." I looked down, "Gods?" Peck nodded and slowly moved her head down, "Gilbert didn't find the power they used so they killed your sister looking for it. Later they found out they need a rock to remove the power but it still would have killed them. Dare the only one left is you, please don't let them do this, they are afraid of you." She paused and then Alpha's started appearing around the area. Gilbert growled, "Peck you are silenced now." Peck knew this was going to happen. Why did she do it? Gilbert then turned to me, "She told a lie that's not Peck." Peck yelled out, "DARE RUN..." Before she could say more she was sent away. I panicked but instead of running I froze. That's when I noticed the tranquilizer dart.
