I Was Found Out

Even as a spider I fell over onto my back. By the time I rolled back onto 'my' eight legs Peck's face was there. I backed up a little and tried running, but that didn't help because she could move around the area faster than I could. Somebody came up behind Peck giving me a chance to get away, "Peck what are you doing?" Peck replied, "Watching the wildlife down here, like bugs and stuff like that." The other animal asked, "What kind of bug?" Peck said back, "A spider." the animal tilted their head, "But a spider isn't a bug." Peck came up with the dumbest response ever, "But spiders just seem like outcasts from bugs." The other animal slowly walked away, "Okay Peck. Have a good day." Peck then lifted me up by my spidery legs and brought me outside the mountain into fresh air. Clouds were covering the stars outside so I couldn't break the silent with, 'nice night isn't it?' After a while, I shifted back into me. Peck spoke softly, "Dare, I know Gilbert didn't mean to get angry." I looked away, "Gilbert meant to say it." A deeper voice said, "I really didn't mean to, I lifted the ban." That wasn't Peck. I turned around a fell backwards, "Gilbert." He stood next to Peck, "We know you still go to The Phantoms." I stood up quietly. Gibert continued, "Who is the Moon Demon." I stayed quiet. Peck said, "What are the plans." I actually didn't know the plans. I could ask The King but I might get caught by the other Alphas. I could ask the wolf, but he is too annoying. Wait, the key The King gave me. I could get into The Kings files and look around... and since I have the key I won't get caught by Phantoms guarding. I looked back at Peck and Gilbert, then I looked at the floor. Some sort of flapping filled my ear as a bird flew past and onto Gilbert's shoulder. It dropped a paper and flew off. Gilbert opened the paper and said, "The HQ has been taken over. Peck and I are the only Alpha's still left." Just then the sonic blasts hit out area. Phantoms started raining from the sky. First Peck went down... then Gilbert. I followed The Phantoms back to their base and headed to the file room. Before I went into the door I changed into Moon Demon. I walked through straight to where The King Phantom's files were. Phantoms stopped, "Nobody touches those files." I sliced him in half and the other Phantoms backed up a little, "If anyone else wants to stop me, go ahead." A few of them got ready so I followed up with, "But you'll end up like him..." I pointed to the pile of goop on the floor. Then I said, "I have special permission from The King." The King had his own room for files so I went in there and locked myself in there with his files. Time to find out his real plan.
