Chapter 5

(Sonakshi pov)

My thoughts were disturbed by my buzzing cellphone. I saw the caller id. It was Dev. He was calling me this late at night. I picked it up.

"Hello! Miss Bose. I am sorry. I am really sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you. I shouldn't have discussed about the dream. But what should I do. The dream was so daunting that I wanted to share it with someone. Someone who could understand me. I know that it was quite disturbing for you. And I am really sorry for that." He blabbed on in a single breath with the oh-I-am-so-sorry tone.

"Okay....Okay....calm down Mr.Dixit. It's okay. You don't have to feel sorry. It's even my fault I shouldn't have reacted that way."

"I am sorry once again. I hope you ain't annoyed anymore now?"

"What if I say yes?"

"Then I would appease you by apologizing you in The Dev Dixit Style."

"Oh really! Then please show me your The Dev Dixit Style." And the very next minute I heard the window behind me opening with a screeching sound and in came the most alluring fragnance that I have been experiencing quite a few days now.

"Dev! What are you doing here?"

"Trying to please you."

"Dev! Are you insane? You have climbed 16 floors of the building. What if something would have happened?"

"I don't care. What matters me is that you were upset of me." He said grabbing my hand and pulling me towards him. My breathes hitched as our faces were just a few inches apart and his hands were encircling my waist. For a second I wanted to be in his arms but the sweet smell of.his blood was tempting me. I didn't wanted to hurt him. I tried breaking the contact. But the more I resisted the more he pulled me towards me.

"I am sorry Miss Bose." He said letting out a warm sigh. I don't know from where the music started playing thus creating a romantic atmosphere. He twirled me and pulled me towards him with his hands rubbing on my back. He took my hand into his and entwined his fingers into mine. We danced catching up to the beats of the music. He twirled me around him in circles.

"You did all this for me?" I asked still matching with his steps. "You didn't had to. I was never miffed by you. You did so much to make me special. This surely earns a Coffee meeting." I said winking at him as his face lit up and a wide smile crept on his face and eyes sparkled with joy.

(Next morning)

(Dev's POV)

This day had to be special. This day when our bond will get stronger than before. I have literally almost died waiting in this cafe. My eyes were glued to the entrance, waiting for the arrival of my lady.

The door opened gently and Sonakshi entered the cafe in the most elegant piece of fabric. Eyes perfectly kohled and wavy hair brushing on her shoulders. She walked in bringing in the aura of elegance and beauty.

Just then a waiter accidentally collided with her thus spilling hot coffee onto her soft hands. The beauty on her face suddenly turned fierce. The black kohled eyes turned red and looked dangerous.

"What the hell? Can't you see and walk." She shouted. Her sweet voice changed into hoarse and rigid. She had transformed from something very sweet to something very evil.

Okay guys .....there is a major clarification to do. Sonakshi is an 216 year old vampire. And Dev is NOT a vampire. He is just a doppelganger or in other words... has a similar face as of Ratan. You can say it is Ratan's soul only. There will be major revelations of the characters in a deeper sense in the chapters to come.

And guys ....who would you want to cast as Jonathan Gilbert. I know the role is of a British General....But even any Indian actor would do. Any actor from English or Hindi would do.Do comment your suggestions.

Well I had chosen Ian Somerhalder...He can put forth every grey shaded character easily...He had become my favorite very since I had watched The Vampire Diaries......Do comment if you too are a The Vampire Diaries Series fan.
