Island of Ice (Song #1)

The snow sparkles in the light,

My island home, past the glaciers, across the sea,

High on the mountain, my Island takes home.

Let go of your urge, let her run free,

Freedom on it's wings, Fly from your cage,

We were trapped, and now we fly free,

The ocean and the ice, I live in the ocean of ice

Let me go, Let me go free,

Let me live on my Island of Ice,

There's a place in the distance,

A place where I can be me,

It's not a trick, It's not a Heist,

So see me on My Island of Ice

Where the palm trees sway and the snow coats the ground,

Let me skate, let me swim, In this Island of Ice

Sometimes, I see I'm never free,

But when I fly, I let my worries go,

The day I put my foot down, the day I said no,

Everything went north, on this Island of Ice

It's like a dice,

One day it's warm, the sun is shining, 

The coconuts are ripe, I skate on the iced over seas,

Next day is cold, the clouds fill the sky,

The water's warm, swimming we'll go!
