"So X Factors definitely off the cards this year?" Lily, Cheryl's now manager and best friend asked over a cup of tea a day before Ruby's 4th birthday.

"Yeah, now I've got this little one on the way I don't think I can do X Factor whilst pregnant" Cheryl said as her due date would be around the X Factor final so she'd be off the show around then anyway so there was no point.

"Yeah that's fair enough, I can't believe you're having another bubba" Lily grinned at her.

"Aye ano, its crazy isn't it. I've got a bigger bump now than when I had Rubes around 4/5 months in" Cheryl told her friend.

"Maybe you're having a boy this time" Lily squealed and clapped her hands making them both chuckle.

"Aye maybe, at least that way JB won't be the only boy" Cheryl laughed as she stroked her bump, imagining what it would be like when she had her new baby.

"How are things with you two?" Lily cautiously asked, knowing how JB could be from working so closely to Cheryl and being with the couple many times and even seeing the texts he would send Cheryl where he demanded her to come home when she was working.

"Do you know what? It's so great at the moment. He took Ruby out yesterday just them two and she came back raving about how great her day had been. He's really making the effort again and we spoke about why he'd turned into an ass recently and he said it was cause of his dad passing and that he really was sorry" Cheryl breathed out, feeling good that things were finally going back to normal now after their huge blip in their relationship.

"Aw I'm so happy for you babe, but I must say I do miss Liam being around all the time" Lily said as Cheryl hadn't really mentioned why they weren't friends anymore and it had nearly been a year since he disappeared out of Cheryl's life.

"He text me the other day bless him, saying congrats on the baby" Cheryl smiled and sipped her drink, not wanting to go into detail as to why they weren't friends anymore.

"Really? Do you think there's any chance of rekindling your friendship?" Lily asked hopefully, knowing that she wasn't the only one out of Cheryl's friends that actually preferred Liam over JB.

"Erm, no I don't think so" Cheryl said not really knowing what else to say about it.

"That's a shame, did yous talk for long? Or was it just a congratulatory text?" Lily asked, being the nosey person she was she absolutely loved finding out things about her friends.

"Aye we spoke for quite a bit. He's recording his album in LA at the moment" Cheryl smiled hoping to hear some music from him soon as she was always supportive of his music and helped him decide to go solo when the boys went on hiatus.

"Aw that's wicked. I bet he comes out with some really R&B songs or maybe even rap" Lily laughed "Isn't it funny how all the other boys have released music and their sounds are so different from One Directions sound"

"Aye it's weird but all their music are the type of music that I thought they'd go down if you know what I mean?"

"Yeah like I knew Niall would go down the guitar kinda route which I'm loving but oh my I'm falling in love with Harry at the moment" Lily laughed as Cheryl playfully whistled.

"Don't forget poor old Shane, but I do get what you mean. His album is great, I've had it on repeat forever. It's such a different sound but so him" Cheryl laughs.

The girls continue to chat away that afternoon until it was time for Cheryl to pick up Ruby from play school and bid Lily goodbye. Once back at the house, JB had started to prepare them dinner as he got back from the restaurant early to spend time with his family. After they had eaten, Ruby had retreated to the lounge to watch tv as the married couple tidied up the kitchen.
