Laura's POV

I've been pregnant for almost 4 months now and I'm starting to show off a little, so Ross and I decided it was time to tell everyone.

We've just found out the genre of the baby, and Ross and I couldn't be happier. He was so excited I thought he was going to faint or something, but thanks to god he didn't. Although I saw some tears in his eyes.

I cried a little too. Well, maybe more than a little. Hormones. I was just so happy to have our first little munchkin.

"My parents said yes" Ross walked into our room and sat down on the edge of the bed. He squeezed my leg "They bought it"

Ross and I have told our respective parents that we had some news for them, something about a new project and all of them thought it was about some new show or movie. And we didn't tell them that they were dead wrong, obviously.

"Great" I spoke. My parents have already agreed so had Vanessa and her boyfriend David, so it was just fantastic.

"All my siblings are coming too" Ross informed me.

I smiled. I didn't know how everyone was going to take the news, and I was specially nervous about one person's opinion. My dad's.

It's not like he didn't like Ross or anything. God, no. He was so okay with us dating and then getting married, although I have to admit it was pretty hard for him to let me go, but as he said, he let me go with the right guy.

I couldn't help but blush every time I remember that moment.

But having a baby was different. It was a lot of responsibility and hard work, and we knew that. But we were more than ready.

"We have to make dinner" I sighed. Ross' face lit up like a light "No pancakes"

"Dude!" He protested and I rolled my eyes. He was so childish.

"No dudes!" I shook my head and he pouted. I sighed and pushed him away with my feet.

"At least let me bake them for dessert" he said after a while of silence. It looks like he was thinking deeply about pancakes.

I couldn't help but giggle. He was obsessed with pancakes, just like his old Disney character Austin Moon, and I really couldn't count the amount of times Ross bakes them per week. Let's just say a lot.

"Okay" I said and he cheered. I shushed him "Help me to get up"

Now it was his turn to roll his eyes "You can do it by yourself" he said "Your belly isn't even that big"

"But I'm tired" I pouted.

"But I'm tired!" He made a perfect impression of me, I couldn't lie there. Years of practice, I guess.

"Fine" I said "I'll stay here for the next 5 months and give birth on this very spot"

Ross is extremely intolerant when it comes to blood, and I could tell he was going to give up soon. Just the thought of me getting the bed dirty with blood made him want to throw up, I knew it.

He immediately lifted me up and carried me downstairs and to the kitchen. I closed my eyes and rested my head on his hard chest. Man, I was horribly exhausted and it was only 12 am.

"You tired?" He asked me in a soft voice and placed me in the couch instead.

"You were supposed to carry me to the kitchen" I said without opening my eyes. I felt him kissing my temple.

"I cook, you rest" I heard him say. I extended my arm and caught the collar of his shirt, pulling him down and kissing his lips slowly. He kissed me back, resting his hands on the couch, but not lying on top of me.
