Sinipa ko ng malakas ang isang pinto na nakalock at nang magbukas ito ay tumambad sa amin ang limang babaeng nakagapos. I put my gun down to cut them loose. Lahat sila ay takot na takot possibly because they thought that we're bad people too.
Hani entered the room and helped me to untie the victims. Isa isa namin silang pinalabas dahil naga-antay na ang sasakyan namin sa ibaba. We just rescued less than twenty women and children who were all victims of human trafficking. We've been tracking the group behind this for weeks now and we finally found them today.
We handcuffed the suspects and waited until the police arrived. We brought the victims to the Hospital and then drove back to the Hotel to rest.
"We have a busy and tight schedule, huh. Daig pa yata natin ang mga K-idols sa halos araw araw na pagpunta natin sa airport." We all laughed at Sinb's statement.
Isang linggo na halos kaming hindi nakakauwi ng bahay. Isang linggo ko na din halos hindi nakikita si Nate because of work. We had to fly in different countries every night for our missions. Noong isang araw ay nasa Indonesia kami. Last night, we're in Malaysia. Today, we're here in China and tomorrow, finally, our last destination- the Philippines.
All because of one syndicate.
"At least all of these will end tomorrow. We'll finally have the rest we deserve and be on hiatus for two months. Don't you guys dare accept any mission in a span of two months, huh. I want to just stay at home and chill!"
"Unless it's necessary, do not accept missions. Nagta tampo na sa akin si Nate dahil laging si Oppa at Unnie ang kasama niya. Wala na daw kaming quality time." I said.
"Hay nako, oo. Bumawi ka nga dyan sa anak mo. Bukas bago tayo bumalik ng Korea, bilhan natin ng mga merch sa Philippines. Pang bawi. Alam mo naman, pagkain lang okay na yun." Nagtawanan kaming lahat sa sinabi ni Jessica.
"Sige nga, unnie. Miss ko na din kasing kumain ng dried mango chips."
We all finished packing then went directly to the airport for our flight bound to the Philippines. Nasa isang province doon yung Korean-Chinese National na leader ng syndicate na naga abduct ng mga babae at bata. We're going to bring him back to Korea and make sure the law punish him fairly.
After about three hours on the plane, we arrived at NAIA International Airport and was fetched by an FBI Agent who'll bring us to the Hotel and accompany us for the mission.
Actually, before, we don't really help the government. But we gained public response after what happened in Mindanao four years ago. So now, time by time, we accept collaborations with the government and help them. Only if, the higher up approves of it.
We only slept for two hours. We arrived here at 12 midnight, and now at 3am, we are on our way to Bulacan where the syndicate lives.
"This is not Korea, ladies. So do not kill, okay?" I kept reminding them since earlier that we will only use the 'sleeper.' It looks like a gun but the bullet is not real.
"Oo na, Steph. Unless it's necessary, walang babaril."
We arrived at the location around 4:30am. It's still quite dark and the lights on the streets are still on. We got a signal from the FBI so we started moving.
The house that we are about to raid has a high fence so it is impossible to us to get in. Plus according to intel, there are german retrievers roaming around so it's nearly possible to barge in. Kaya ay papasok kami at magpapanggap na victim nila. Our weapons are on invisible mode kaya't hindi ito mano notice kahit na i-check kami sa main gate.
The NBI has five minutes before entering and barging in. By that time, siguro ay settled na kami sa loob.
We knocked at the gate at agad na makapasok nang makumpirma ang purpose namin. Papalapit na kami sa pinto nang senyasan ko si Hani kaya sinapak niya ang lalaking nasa likod niya, pati yung isa pang bantay.
"I'll open the gate. Get inside now, Unnie." Tumango kami kay Sinb.
Binuksan niya ang gate at nagsipasukan na ang mga FBI Agents. Dumiretso naman kami sa loob and I opened every rooms I see.
"Ijek kumanhae." Sabi ko nang finally, mabuksan ang pinto sa kwarto ng suspect. "Koreans don't hurt Koreans so don't make me hurt you."
Panay ang uneasiness sa mga mata niya. It's like he's thinking how he'll escape. Para kaming nagpa patintero. Nang muli siyang mag-attempt ay agad ko siyang sinunggaban at napa higa nalang siya sa sahig.
"Target's secured. I need company." I said in my comms and handcuffed the suspect.
Maya maya'y nandito na sa kwarto si Krystal at dalawang FBI Agents. I gave the suspect to them at tinanguan ako ni Krystal.
"Time to buy pasalubongs for the cutest boy on earth!" Excited na sabi ni Krystal na timawanan ko.
"Pwede bang magpahinga muna tayo? Ilang gabi na tayong walang tulog."
Ibinalik kami ng kasama namin kanina sa Hotel para makapag pahinga kami while we'll return to Korea tomorrow morning.
