With Taecyeon's statement in mind, I drove towards my apartment to take a bath and pack. Mamaya na ako sa airport bibili ng ticket.
I wore comfy clothes- jeans, plain white shirt and red coat. I'll just take a cab to the airport. Yes, I'm going to LA today and will talk to Tiffany, finally. Matagal din ang flight ko dahil malayo iyon.
Pagdating ko ng airport, binili ko agad ang pinakamaagang flight. The plane will be leaving at exactly 11AM kaya kumain na muna ako. I also started thinking about my plan while eating. Recently, our intel informed us about Grant Ward's current moves. His grand new world is ready and we're expecting war anytime soon because he'll start. So we have to move faster before that happens.

It was ten in the morning when I arrived at LAX. I took a cab to the mansion and manor pero hindi nakapasok sa loob.
"Sir Nichkhun, we're glad to see you here." Bati sa akin ng guard.
"Thank you. Can you send me to the main mansion?"
"Of course, Sir." Since may isang sedan na ready lagi sa main gate, iyon ang ginamit para ihatid ako.
Damn. I'm excited and nervous to meet my family.
"I'll call them myself. Thank you, Adam."
Tiningnan ko muna kung hindi naka lock and double doors bago pumasok doon. And yes, it's open. I took a glance around the main lounge then smiled. This place hasn't changed a bit.
Sunod akong pumunta sa dining hall, sa may bar stool as I heard little sounds in there. I'm not surprised to see Tiffany cooking something for her and Nathan.. tahimik akong naglakad. not when Nathan saw me. He was shocked and surprised.
"Daddy!" Tumakbo siya at nagpabuhay sa akin. Nagulat din si Tiffany nang makita ako.
She looks so attractive with her pjs and her bun hair.
"Hi." She bit her lower lip when I greeted her.
"I-is that y-you?" I nodded. "Are you b-back?" Tumulo yung luha niya.
Dahan dahan kong ibinaba si Nathan saka ako lumapit kay Tiffany. I placed her hands around my neck and held her cheek.
"Yes baby.. I'm sorry I only came now." My wife just cried on my embrace and we hugged for a moment until we both felt Nathan's grip on our shirts.
"I want to join the hug, too."
Binuhat ko si Nathan at saka nag group hug kaming tatlo. Saktong nagluluto ng pagkain si Tiffany so I joined them for brunch..
Pagkatapos naming kumain ay hindi na mahiwalay sa akin si Nathan. He's afraid that I'll be gone again, so he's clinging on me like a koala.
"Baby, don't you want to know who your real Daddy is, now?" Umiling si Nathan..
"I don't need to know, Mommy... i've already met my Daddy." Ngumisi si Nathan at saka tumingin sa akin. "Daddy's here. And he's with us right now." Gulat na napatingin si Tiffany kay Nate.
"Are you sure he's your real Dad?" Nathan playfully nods his head.
When I started talking to Nathan about his real Dad, I was shocked when he suddenly chuckled and gave me an ''are you serious?" look. His next remark surprised me even more.
"Don't kid yourself, Daddy. I knew you were my Dad the moment I first saw you." He laughed when he saw how shocked I was.
"H-how?" He shrugged.
"One time, when I was at Tita Sica's office, I accidentally saw a picture hidden in her secret room. It's a picture of them, cousins, with Tito Taec, Tito Hyuk and the other boys.. and then I saw this guy with mommy.. I asked who he is because I kindda look like him. Tita Sica told me about your history so I found out about you..." I just smiled then hugged my son. I feel so sorry that he had to find this out from his Tita.
"Please promise me to keep this a secret from mommy, Nate? I'm doing this for the both of you." He playfully nodded his head.
"But please, Daddy. I hate that Lesley girl.." he pouted then crossed his arms.
"I hate her too.. but we need an antagonist to put up a great show, don't you think?" I winked then we laughed together.
"So... you two kept me hidden in the dark for long?" I chuckled when my wife acted and crossed her arms.
"I'm so sorry, baby. It was for your own good. You see. I kept that a secret from you, but something bad still happened to you because I was incompetent."
"Dad, it's not your fault. It's just that Genesis is one heartless organization. They won't stop until they get what they want from us."
I really am amazed on how understanding my wife is. She always adjusts and understand me. I adore her more because of that.
Tiffany's siblings and cousins came home not long after. They were surprised to see me and so we told them my story. I asked them to look after Nathan for a while because I miss my wife.
After they're gone, Tiffany and I went to our son's room just so she could show me how mickey-addicted Nathan is, too. I see that at 4, our son is already sleeping separately from his mother.
"Grabe ka naman, you just came back but you already abandoned your son." I chuckled on her remark
"I missed you. He knows that." I hugged her tight. "And besides, he wants a baby sibling." Bigla siyang napatingin sa akin at tinitigan ako ng masama. Ako naman ay tatawa tawa nalang.
"Khun, I can't get pregnant. We have a war engaging soon."
"I know, I know..." I caressed both her shoulders to calm her nerves while hugging her.
I missed my wife so so much. I don't want us to separate again. I don't want any of my family hurt, again. I am going to end this war as soon as I can.
Akala ko ay okay na ang lahat. I was surprised when Tiffany suddenly hit me on my legs, making me fall on Nathan's bed. I was groaning when I saw her crossing her arms.
"Akala mo ba ganun lang kadali sa akin na patawarin ka sa ginawa mo?!? Pinag-mukha mo akong tanga for two months. I was damn worried, irritated and jealous. Pagkatapos nilalaro mo lang ako? At ang malala, alam na pala ng anak ko?!" Natawa nalang ako ng palihim sa rant niya.
Baby, you are so silly.
"I did that for our sake, boo. If I wasn't strong enough, baka naka-tira na tayo ngayon sa brave new world ng Genesis. I don't want that to happen. I want us to still remember the pains and fights that we fought from the past years. I don't want to erase those memories."
"Well, if given the chance, I am willing to erase those memories from you. I will erase me and your son.. do you want that?" Umiling ako. "Good. Because the next time you pull out a stunt like this, I will not forgive you again.."
Oh.. I think I really got on her nerves huh.
"I'm sorry for playing with your feelings, boo. I didn't mean to. Hindi na talaga mauulit. I promise."
"Che." Inirapan niya ako at nag iwas ng tingin.
I grabbed her for a hug, again.
"Boo?"
"Ano nanaman, khun? I want silence. Can we please be silent for a while?" I just nodded.
I want to tell her that if we start planning about this war with Genesis, we need to send Nathan away. Nathan must be sent in a quiet place, where no one can find him.
I know Grant Ward's abilities and if we keep Nathan here, it's gonna be risky. I don't want my child to be kidnapped again. I saw how Tiffany became so miserable back then. I don't want that to happen again.
