Eldstone stood before his father's tombstone.
Eldstone rested his father's sword before. I know your intentions were pure, but you only caused destruction. Goodbye Father . Eldstone turned hoping onto his brown horse. He looked at his mother's tombstone. Goodbye Mother... may you continue to dance with the Dstellers forever. He pulled the reigns riding away.
It had been seven months since the battle, and the now standing Tra had moved deeper and farther away in the forest.
He rode through the now deserted town. He pulled up his velvet hood and continued to ride.
A sweet, delicate, tiny whisper was then heard in Eldstone's ear.
"Thank you..." It whispered. Eldstone smiled.
Eldstone got off his horse. Guardsmen walked forward bowing and greeting him. Standing before Eldstone was a castle made of stone. Behind him was the bustling town. People chattered and laughed. Smiles were on their faces. The morning sun brightened the city. People danced in the main square. The houses also were now made of stone and wood. Guardsmen patrolled the in-constrcution-stone wall. A stream glistened making the town have opportunities for more farms.
Eldstone passed a bunch of Guardians.
"Hello, sir!" They all called. Eldstone smiled.
He took of his velvet cape showing off his white robes. The now Head of the Guardians ran up the stone steps to the palace.
"Are you ready?" Eldstone smiled seeing Louy in his master bedroom. Louy smiled. "I just hope I will be a better King." Louy paced the room. "You will, don't worry." Eldstone assured. He reached his hands out fixing the blue Louy was wearing. "There, much more like a King." He smiled.
"Ready, sir?" A cougar said poking his head in.
"Yes." Louy replied. The two Guardsmen behind him raised their spears. Eldstone and Louy both smiled as they left the room. The two strolled down the long corridor to the new throne room. As Louy stepped into the room, it exploded with cheers. A wooden throne sat on velvet carpet.
Old banners swished. Windows were open welcoming in the spring air. Guardsmen lined the isle to the throne. Standing behind them were people. "Welcome sirs." A white saber tooth tiger said. Eldstone was handed a scroll. Another cougar held a crown on a pillow.
Everyone grew silent.
Louy smiled taking the scroll and unraveling it.
"I, Louy Anderson, hereby promise to comply to the newly set King's rules! I will do what is best for the People, I will make descions that will help Tra, I will not cheat, steal, or lie, I will give my life for Tra, I will listen to the people, Advisors, and Guardians! I will do everything in my power to make sure Tra still stands!" He shouted. People applauded and cheered.
"King Louy!"
"King Louy!"
"King Louy!" They all shouted. Louy smiled. He then turned kneeling as a crown was placed upon his head. He was then given a golden necklace and a ring. He stood smiling.
"So, first falcon of Tra? How does it feel?" Eldstone said pulling on the reigns. "Quite good. I'm meeting with the Advisors today about changing the heir rules. I want the people to choose their next leader." Louy replied. "Good. As it always should have been." Eldstone said sternly.
"So, how is Barton?" Louy asked.
"Good. He is doing well in prison." Eldstone returned. The two then headed near the new Guardians village. Within it, were tiny houses made of wood. Guardian Soldiers patrolled the area in golden robes. A huge stone and wooden house was in the center. Guardians went in and out of it.
"I love the new Connection spot. It looks so cool! Must be a pleasant place to speak with the Dstellers." Louy commented. "Yeah." Eldstone replied.
"It sure is..." Eldstone looked down at the village with pride.
"Well, I have to go now. See you later!" Louy turned riding away.
"Bye!" Eldstone shouted. He then pulled on the reigns heading down the hill.
Eldstone waved back to as two Guardian Trainees smiled. He then went to a tall stone and wood building. Guardians were within it talking and looking at the many wood carvings. He walked up to the wood carvings of Toby and Tisen.
He smiled.
"Look what you did. You kept the flame light. The Guardians will never forget you. I will never forget you. I won't ever forget the lessons that you taught me."
Eldstone turned heading toward the exit.
