Chapter 1 - The Beginning

Author's note: I hope you like the first chapter. I just wanted to establish Charlotte character. One Direction will be in the next chapter. If you have any thoughts about the fanfiction or any feedback, please drop a comment below. This is my first fanfiction and I would really appreciate it :)

"Ahh Danielle! It's been too long!" I said.

Danielle Peazer and I are both dancers. We met a year ago back at the X-Factor Live Shows where we danced together. The studios have called us back to do this year’s season. 2012. I'm pretty excited!

"It has been way too long! How are you? Wow you look so beautiful!" she replied.

I didn't feel beautiful. I was only wearing a black t-shirt, some sweats and a pair of blue TOMS. I am self-conscious about my looks. I'm just your average girl. I have long, chocolate brown wavy hair and really blue eyes. My eyes are quite gorgeous though and I do get compliments all the time. Thank god for that otherwise I don't know if I would ever leave the house. I don't think I'm anything close to beautiful! Danielle, she looked beautiful! Her very curly brown hair caressed her shoulders. She was only wearing a blue tank top, brown sweats and white converses, however, she could pull of wearing sweats just as well as she could when she was wearing a dress.

"I'm good thanks. Excited to be back here, excited to see you! You look fantastic! How are you? How is Liam?"

"I'm really good thanks. Liam is great. He's fantastic actually. He is such an incredible boyfriend and quite a gentleman. Since he's been back in London, he's got me flowers and chocolate and he's always opening doors for me. I'm very lucky"

Danielle was glowing. You could see it in her eyes, the amount of happiness and love that they shared in their relationship. This made me feel more self-conscious. Who doesn't want a boyfriend pretty much exactly like that? She was an extremely lucky girl!

"He's coming to visit today actually and I think he's bringing the rest of the boys." she added.

"I've never officially met One Direction. I know Liam from previous visits to the set but I've only seen the rest of the boys at events and stuff like that." I commented.

"Yeah. Well I'm going to officially introduce to them all together. What do you think about them? Honestly?"

Danielle is one of my closest friends and we share everything. There was no hesitation to what I was going to say to her.

"I think they are incredible. They work so well together. They have worked all so hard. There album is constantly on replay. I guess you could say I am a Directioner" We both laughed.

"I definitely agree 100% with you. Fancy any of the guys, eh?"

Louis was still dating Eleanor but the rest of the boys, excluding Liam obviously, were single.

"I think they are all good looking and fit. But I'd probably have to say Harry. He is gorgeous! And he has a great personality from what I've seen and heard."

"You know how everyone says that El is the girl version of Louis?"

Eleanor, Danielle and I used to go on shopping trips and out to lunch together. El was definitely the girl version of Louis from what I knew about him.

"Yeah?"

"Well I think that you are the girl version of Harry. Liam even thinks so!"

I laughed. I was curious to know how they came to this conclusion..
