I roll my eyes and go up to her apartment. I knock and I hear her come to the door.

"Come in, and prepare to be pleasantly surprised!" she syas

"What is this?"

"Ok, come in here."

"Ugh, Gabi!" I follow her into the living room and see something amazing. When we graduated from college, we wanted to go to Paris to celebrate. Except it was to Damn expensive. It was about 4000$ just for tickets and a hotel room for the week! Plus if we wanted money to buy stuff we would want an extra thousand or 2. We decided to save up 5,500$ then we would go. And now we have enough! Saving up for 2 and a half yaers has finally paid off! We're Going to Paris!

"Oh.....My.....God! Are we really going?"

We both scream like 2 teenage girls that Just got a date to prom.

"When are we leaving?"

"Wednesday Afternoon. We board our plane at 4."

"Holy Shit. That's 2 days away!"

"Um...I took Spanish so....No" she says

"Glad I can speak french."

I roll my eyes and leave. I walk down to Marks door to tell him the news

"Hey Mark! Guess What?"

"You got eaten by a pack of monkeys with pink mustaches and I'm now talking to your hologram! Oh my gosh!" he looks shocked

"No, no no, I'm going to Paris with Gabi!"

"Oh really? I may, sneak aboard your plane to keep a close eye on you girls! After all, I am Detective Markiplier." he says

Mark told me about his YouTube channel a few days ago. I am really impressed with all the money he's raised for charity through his subscribers.

"Yeah well, I'm no criminal. You might want to investigate Ms. Sassy Pants up in that apartment."

I point to Gabi's Apartment. We both laugh. It's our own little inside joke.

"When are you guys leaving?" he asks

"Wednesday. Our flight leaves at 4."

"Will you guys need a ride?"

"On Thursday yes. Our flight gets in at 11:30. Can you come get us on Thursday of next week at 11:30?"

"Sure." he replies

"Thanks Mark. You're like the best."

I go up into the house and Make a list of What I'll need in my suitcase.
