"Tay! I'm Home!" Trevor says as he walks in the small apartment

"Hey! How was work?"

"Exhausting. I was thinking about you the whole time." He gives me a kiss

"Aww, that's so sweet"

He Holds out a small bouquet of yellow roses. Evenue though my favorite Color was red, he knew I loved yellow roses.

"Oh, Trevor these are beautiful! Thank you!"

I walk into the kitchen to put them into a vase. He walks up behind me and takes my hand.

"I love you." He whispers

"I love you too."

I awake with a start. I look around. Mark Must've gotten up to go use the bathroom or something. I put my head in my hands an try to hold back my tears.

"Hey, you ok?" he asks

"Yeah, I'm good. Just a bad dream."

He looks at me with disbelief and sits next to me. He puts his hands on my shoulders and looks me in the eyes. I start crying.

"No! No I'm Not!"

"What happened?"

"I used to be dating this guy named Trevor. I had a dream about him again. He started out as sensitive and sweet, but in the end. He was abusive. Physically, Emotionally, and-........... And sexually. He would try to force me into it every night. The first night I said ok, and the same for the next few but, as I started refusing he started beating me and controlling me. I left him after 3 years. I've gotten calls, emails, texts saying he would be back, and when he would, he would kill me."

He didn't say anything. He held my face in his hand and looked at me.

"Dont worry. He's not gonna get to you. I won't let him."

I hug him. His hugs were always warm and safe.

"Thank you Mark. For everything"

He smiles, and so do I. He crawls into bed and puts his arm around me.

"Goodnight Taylor."

"Goodnight Mark. I Love you."

"I love you too."

He kisses the top of my head before drifting off to sleep.

Sorry for the short chapter, I'm gonna be gone most of the day so I figured I'd get something out to you guys. Next release will be on Sunday or Monday.
