I take the freshly washed laundry into my room and set it down on the bed. I open up the closet and start putting it away when the doorbell rings. I walk over to answer it.

"Oh hey Mark, How are you?"

"I am fabulous! and so are you because you're, coming to the park, with me!" he puts his arms out and grins

"Oh, Mark I would love to but I have work around the house and I can't just-"

"Sure you can!" he pulls me out the door and out to his car.

"Mark!" I laugh

"Hang on! The Markiplier Is gonna become the speediplier!" he says

I laugh as he pulls out of the driveway and drives toward the park.

"Just don't get a ticket speedypants"

"Oh, the cops could never catch this much AWESOMENESS!" he jokes

It seems like he'd forgotten all about what happened last night. I sort of did too. Was it an accident or real? Most of me hoped it was real.

We arrive at the park. It's a beautiful April Day. Springtime always perked me up. Mark grabs me around my waist and spins me around. I prop myself up on his muscular shoulders. It made me dizzy at first but he soon put me down. I grab onto his arm for support while I find my bearings.

"Woo! That was a rush!" I say

"Well, you're not to heavy so it's not hard." he jokes

"Are you saying I'm a twig?" I joke

"Uh....No..."

"Mark, you jerk." I laugh.

"C'mon I wanna show you something." he says, holding my hand

He Takes me farther into the park and out by the river. There are benches surrounded by flowers and the river sparkles in the sunshine. I stick my hand into the cool, blue water. I see my reflection in the water. Mark stands behind me, smiling.

"This is awesome. I never would've known this was even here!"

I stand up and face Mark. I smile looking into his eyes.

"Wow look at that!"

I point at what is probably the biggest tree in the park and run over to it.

"I used to climb trees when I was in high school."

I pull myself up to one of the low-high branches and sit, looking at themy blue sky. I look down at Mark. He's smiling

"Be careful!" he says

"I will!"

I grab the next branch, expecting it to hold my weight. It cracks and breaks and I fall backwards.

"Ahh!"

Mark Catches me just in time.

"I said be careful you know" he smiles

"Shut up." I laugh.

He spins me down and puts me down. I see him feel his shoulder.

"I think I pulled a muscle." he says

"Oh really? remind me when we get back to look at that."

"Alright."

"It's getting late and like I said I have work around the house. Wanna head back?"

"Sure" he says

We arrive back at the house when I remember Mark's arm. I follow him into the house and urge him to sit down on the couch.

"Where does it hurt?"

"Around here."

He points in between his chest and his shoulder. I sigh.

"Here, I'm gonna need you to take off your shirt. I'm gonna go get an ice pack. If there is any swelling, it'll be needed."

He nods as I go in the kitchen. I grab an ice pack and go back. I look at Mark and his very well sculpted body. I gulp and go in.

I feel around his shoulder/chest area for swelling. None so far. I massage it a little to make it feel better.

"How's it feel now?"

"Much better! You ought to be a physical therapist!"

I giggle and look straight into his eyes. My expression turns from happy to plain. We slowly move closer, and I put my hand on his cheek. I kiss him. It wasn't him this time, I kissed him. He does the same thing he does last night, he puts his hands around my waist and this time, sits me on the couch next to him. I put my hands on his chest and lean into him. I pull away slowly.

"So, are-are we like...Official now?" I half whisper

"If you want us to be." he says

"Yeah, I do."

I lean my head on his shoulder and close my eyes. He takes his hand in mine.

Who cares about my fucking home chores? I like this much better.
