when Emilia pulled out her muffins. My whole face showed excitement, then she asked me if I wanted one! I couldn't resist and ate the muffin all in one bite, it was delicious. All she did was stare at me and I laughed because of what I just did.
"Sorry, I really like muffins" I said still smiling.
"I would have never guessed" she said chuckling. After I finished the muffin I started eating my sandwich, Emilia was talking about how she liked this school but no one really talked to her except me.
"Today everyone was staring at me in the halls and classes." She said feeling kind of sad.
"It's probably because of Lauren barging into our music session" he said with a smirk.
"Oh I see, but why would she tell everyone?" She asked sounding like she was alone.
"Well probably because Lauren thinks she did nothing wrong in our relationship and decided to blame you for it, I'm sorry about that" I said looking down at my plate. I was the one who caused this and Emilia doesn't have any friends because it, that makes me feel guilty. She reached her hand over the table and took my hand in hers.
"It's not your fault Shawn" she said sweetly with a smile on her face. Her face lit mine up and we finished eating. We both had math next and we had to get there fast so we could sit next to each other. When we reached the door, I saw two empty desk in the corner so we sat there. I wasn't really paying attention in class I was too busy string at Emilia. Yes I know that sounds creepy but I just couldn't help myself.
"Mendes!" The teacher said and I was zoned out. The second I look everyone has their eyes on me.
"Um...yes?" I asked confused about what he asked me.
"Is Miss Davenport distracting you?" He asked raising one eyebrow. Emilia was slumped in her seat with her hands on her head trying to hide her blushing.
"Um...n..no sir" I said trying to sound awake.
"Then you can come up here and solve this equation" he said showing me the problem on the board. I faintly smiled and walked up to the board. I could see others were whispering and laughing under their breath. All I did was look at the equation, which seemed easy. I knew math but didn't really pay attention. I solved the equation and went back to my seat.
"Maybe you should sit in the front more Mr Mendes." The teacher said and I just laughed. Emilia was trying to hold in her giggle but I could hear it.
