Why can't he remember me? Does he actually like me? Or was he just pretending to like me? My mind is so confused right now, and the fact that he's kissing me, makes my mind even more confused. He pulled out of the kiss gasping.
"I remember!" He said excitedly.
"What?!? What do you remember?!?" I asked now now excited too.
"Y-you have a brother!" He said all proudly. My smiled faded a bit but not totally.
"Yes I do" I said chuckling. He just smiled at me.
"How did I know that?" He asked me.
"Well the first day we met, you almost kissed me but my brother walked in on us" I said laughing.
"Oh, I wasn't expecting that!" He said.
"So you don't remember me yet?" I asked him.
"No not yet" he said, his smile fading as well. I left him to sleep, even though he insisted I stay over but I can't. I have to deal with my parents, and that will not be pretty. As i walked home, i was preparing for the worst, but when i walked into the house i heard nothing at all.  I went through the whole house and no one was there, i went into the kitchen and saw a letter hanging on the fridge that wasn't there before. I opened it and read it.
    Dear Emilia,
        I know this is sudden but we just didn't know how to tell you. Your grandfather has passed away, we are on our way to his funeral. We assumed you did not want to go since you were very close with him. We left the credit card in our bedroom on the night stand. We will be gone for 1 week, until then be safe sweetie, and NO BOYS!! (Unless it is that Shawn boy, we met his parents and he seems very nice) I hope he is regaining his memory so he can remember you. We will see you in a few days.

That was very sudden, my grandfather was my best friend before we left for Canada. I was sad but not enough to cry, i couldn't cry anymore. All my tears were gone from crying over Shawn. But they approve of him now. That makes the situation a bit better. I made my way back to his house. I knocked on the door and was greeted by Karen, his mother.
"Did you find the letter?" She asked whispering, i nodded while walking in. I noticed Aaliyah was sleeping on the couch, the reason why Karen was whispering.
"He's sleeping right now but you can take the guest bedroom" she said rubbing my shoulders and smiling.
"Thank you!" I said smiling at her and giving her a kiss on the cheek. I went to the guest bedroom, which was right beside the music room. I would wake Shawn up with the piano. I went to bed and woke up early enough so Shawn was still sleeping. I got up and checked if he was still sleeping, which he was. So i tiptoed to the music room and sat down at the piano. I started playing my favorite song 'Apologize by Timbaland ft. One Republic'.
