What's The Best Thing You Could Ever Have?

The words of my happy heart made the loudest beat for the statue,
The statue I admired and could only stare at a distance,

At first, I only saw it for what it's for,
Then a bird showed that I can go closer to the statue,

I ignored the bird for a while, but then a person said that this statue is a masterpiece and so much more!,
I tried to look in their eyes, but I only saw a statue,

As I started to visit the statue more, little by little, my heart and mind saw a being with a heart of greatness and mettle,

I tried to deny it, tried to defy it, tried to conceal it, but everyone one knows what the heart takes in can't be taken out,

I just went along with my heart beating in my chest,

Soon enough, the bird knew I could only come to the statue at a distance and learn more things about it,

What also concerned me was that person who seem to already had eyes on the statue,

What if I get closer to the statue and the person hisses with envy?

What if the person tried to push me away from it or feed her anger to me?

But I realized, all is fair in love and war,

My soul spreaded it's glowing light to the statue wondering if it shares the same light and it did,

The statue's spell was broken and became a human that cares for me,

The statue already cared for its surroundings,

And now our hearts in sync with their  heartbeat poundings,

What's the best thing you could ever have?
