Pomegranates are for rapists
Their seed is covered in bitterness
Bitterness you can only know through touch
Sink the teeth into a seed that never grows
The ground was dry and the crumbly soil created a onion as a fruit
It needs a day were the killer is merciless
Less a person of life
Split to a world of cruelty and ripped scribbles from thin paper
Red, Black, Purple, Yellow encircle their head
It snaps their pencil's neck
A line of white through the fruit
Tired of sharpening and writing in solid gate,
It splits open alien eggs
If life cannot be given back,
I shall give life to others
A great idea but couldn't see too much in empathy or terror
Who knows how much people mask their error
Anything good is skeptical
Pomegranates do it all the time
I had no pencil
My writing became words, action, people
A world I could hope to call mine
And then a pomegranate (puckered my face)
It rushed in my world and shut the door
I'm confused on what to do with it
You have no right to give a scowl
I wasn't given a manuel; all they fed was foul
Comfort and happiness scars me
Fear and agony loves me
I'll share that love
Until all my seeds are gone
Then I can finally be thrown and arrested
Pomegranates never made babies smile when eaten
No one asks or cheers for more pomegranates
This was the plan from the start
I deserve this
No one can take this away from me
But the watermelons and honeydews
