The Comfort

The thing that's been here through the birth of fear
Something that made the shadows disappear
Instead it became a toy I had
The monsters
The boogie man under my bed
Had nothing on my big fluffy friend
If my bear can smile to the claws,
I can sleep through the silent knives on walls
The lightening my strike
But I'm not burning
Thanks to my beary courageous muffin,
I can brake through walls in my sleep
So if anyone says anything that I fear,
Tell them I confronted it and don't give a bleep
