Solar Flare ( a Captain America X reader) On Hold!

chapter 8

I had woken up in Steve's embrace, which confused me at first but then I remembered everything that happened. Phil, the guy who took me in when I had nobody, treated me like I was his own daughter, was dead. I remember the day SHIELD found me in that testing facility.

*flashback*

I was 8, they had just injected something into my arm and it was burning so bad I couldn't help but cry it hurt so bad, I was huddled up in the corner of my cell. That's when I heard faint gun shots coming closer to my cell. I was scared the gun shots sounded like they where right out side my cell now, then the door to my cell busted open and a guy who looked to be in his early twentys entered the small cell "it's ok your safe now" he said

"wie ben je? (Who are you?)" I ask in my native language Dutch, he looks at me confused then pushes a button in his ear "sir I found a girl she looks to be about 8 years old" he then pauses from talking, then says "yes I was planning on that sir but I don't think she speaks English and she looks terrified"

"All right sir... I'll try my best sir" he says then looks back at me, i try to move farther away but can't because of the wall "it's all right I'm not going to hurt you, we're here to help you ok?" He asks then holds his hand out to me, i take his hand and he helps me up off the ground "Whats your name?" He asks, I think for a minute to try to figure out what he said "(Y/N)" i say, he nods his head "ok (Y/N), Im Phil Coulson"

*present day*

Then I hear a knock at the door, I panic and act like I'm still asleep. I hear the person slowly open the door and hear faint giggles, then a picture being taken, I slightly open my eyes enough to see who it was and to my dismay it was Natasha. She then tried to wake me up and I just acted like I had just woke up and Steve started to move as well, he got up and said "good morning" and then he walked out of the room leaving me in the awkwardness "I can explain" I said to Natasha and so I start explaining everything and Nat just sits there and listens "hey what about Clint Did you find him?" I ask

"Yeah he's a few rooms down, I had to knock him out" Nat says "speaking of, I should head over there and make sure he's back to normal" I nodded then got up and headed to the door, I put in my ear buds and walked around aimlessly, as I was walking around in was thinking of ways to kill loki slow and painful. I had found a small gym with a punching bag and decided to take out my frustrations on the punching bag 'Loki's about to get hit by a solar flare' I think as I punch the punching bag.
