Homestuck: Dawn. Dave's match, or is she?

Chapter 5

"So, do you guys want to go see a movie? I was thinking about seeing a scary one." I whimpered and  everyone turned to me. "Are you okay?" I nodded and smiled weakly, "Well, they always terrify me, so if your okay with hearing me scream, I'm all in." Jade and Nepeta Terezi had a 'Why the hell would you invite me to a movie? ' look on her face, and Dave said, "Sure, lets go." My eyes widened, because i was really beginning to like Dave, and now i was going to make a complete fool out of myself. "Uh Dawn, you okay?" 

"Yep, just be ready to lose your eardrums." That got a laugh from everyone and we left, leaving a tip on the table. I climbed onto the bike, (I now loved riding it) and wrapped my arms around Dave, i didn't hold onto him as tight anymore, i trusted him. We all headed for the theaters, well, exept for Terezi. Because we had a smaller vehichal, we could get through the morning trafic easier, so we got there ten minutes before them. 

"So...What was that earlier?" I blushed, He did aswell, and looked around before taking his glasses off, then mine. "Your beautiful, I know we just met, but you have so much in common with me, I really like you Dawn." I blushed, he was looking me strait in the eye, and all i saw was a sea of red. He leaned in, slowly. i felt his lips brush against mine and my breathing hitched. He then pushed against my lips, harder. I gasped, which allowed him to slip his tounge into my mouth. We kissed for at least two minutes when Johns car pulled up. I heard a faint screech and put my glasses on quickly, as did Dave. 

I saw Nepeta fan-girling through the windsheild, and rolled my eyes. "Oh, my mum is coming home tomorrow morning, so i can stay at my house tonight." Dave looked a little disappointed and quickly covered it. "C'mon guys, let's go get our tickets." John dragged a fan- girling Nepeta and a somewhat looking annoyed Jade into the theater with me and Dave in tow. 

   "Ah!" Me, Jade, and Nepeta screamed at once. I grabbed Dave's arm and buried my head into his shoulder. I felt him chuckle and looked up just when another ghost popped up, and put my head back down. He pushed my head away and instead grabbed my hand. I was really starting to like him. 

    As we walked out of the theater Jade said, "Well, that was terrifing." I nodded my agreement and felt Dave pull me to the bike. "Oh, dave, why does it look like Karkat and his friends are moving the air around them. Dave froze, and said, "Sh*t, you noticed that....sh*t."
