A/N: I know Matt is supposed to be deathly allergic to dogs, but I've goon so far off from canon who cares? That's the point of an AU right? Anyways, enjoy my sh*ty writing.

Edd and Ell sit at the table, eating dinner, Shrimp Alfredo, talking about cats, one of the things they both loved, along with drawing, and Cola, even though Ell liked Cherry Cola. "Where's mum?" Edd breaks from the conversation, looking around, "I thought she said she was going to come eat with us?"
"She's probably paying the bills Edd," Ell shrugs. "Yeah, you're right," he mutters, taking another bite of his food. Ell glances up at him. "Edd you okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine," he smiles, as the two cats bulldoze through the kitchen, knocking over Edd's crutches. "Oh my god," Ell smiles as the both of the twins start laugh uncontrollably. "What happened?" Their mum walks out of her room. "Ringo and Bingo- they- I can't," Edd takes deep breath, laughing as hard as he can. "Those stupid cats," she laughs and rolls her eyes, heading back into her room.
"Why did we have to get two crazy cats?" Edd smiles and laughs, calming down. "I don't know. It was your idea to get two cats from the same litter," she smiles, going to wash her bowl out, putting it it's the dishwasher. Edd picks up his crutches, doing the same. "I still can't believe I'm taller than you," he laughs. "I'm still older," she laughs back. "By like what? Three minutes?"
"Best three minutes of my life," she sticks out her tongue. "You little," he laughs back. "Anyways, isn't Tom's birthday tomorrow? What are you getting him?"
"Sh*t I forgot, um, what would a blind kid want?" Edd pulls out his phone. "Tord, what did you get Tom for his birthday? I know he's a Jehovah's Witnesses and they don't celebrate birthday's but still."
"I got him some bananas," he mutters. "Bananas?"
"Bandanas, I meant bandanas."
"I don't know what to get him?"
"Get him a stuffed animal, doesn't he like those?"
"I guess," Edd turns off his phone. "Why do you read your texts out loud?" Ell cocks her head. "I don't know honestly," Edd shrugs. "We could get him a Braille board game, he can read Braille right?"
"Yeah, he can."
"Okay, let's see, how much money do you have?"
"Um, £20, you?" He looks her straight in the eyes. "I've got £30, that should be enough, that's £50 and it's just a board game," she smiles. "Braille cards? Like you know, a deck of cards?" Edd shrugs.
"That's cool, let's ask mum if we can go to the shop, they should have it right?"
"I would think so," he weakly smiles. "I'll ask mum, and you can get your wallet. Okay?"
"Okay," he walks to his room, the sound of his crutches hitting the wood floor echoing through the small house. He opens his room's door, grabbing his wallet from the bedside table, walking out. "She said okay, just be back before dark."
"The shop isn't that far away, so we're fine," Edd smiles. The two walk out side closing the door starting to walk to the shop. "Now, don't hit my foot with your crutches again," Ell smiles. "I might do it again just to annoy you," he sticks his tongue out at her. "You are so childish."
"So are you," he laughs. "Seriously though, that hurt," she looks at him. "Okay, okay, I'll try and not hit your foot," he sighs. The walk up to the shop was around seven minutes, the twins were talking about stupid things as they get there, Ell opens the door, Edd walks in and Ell goes in afterward. "Hey Edd, hello Ell, what can I get for you today?" Mrs. Scott, Jase's mum, looks over at the two, Jase next to her. "Do you have any Braille playing cards? Tom's birthday is tomorrow and I wanted to get him some," Edd shrugs. "Yes, I do think we have some, Jase, would you mind showing them where they are?" She looks at her son, he nods, signaling for them to come over as he walks to a place in the store.
He points at them, smiling. "Thanks Jase," Edd smiles, Jase nods. "Here's the cards, £5, we could get him something else," Edd looks around. "Edd, how about we get him, hmmm," she shrugs. "I think the cards are enough," Edd smiles, walking back to the counter. "Is this it?" Mrs. Scott smiles, Edd nods. "Alright, that'll be £7.25."
Edd grabs out his wallet, handing her the money. "Thank you, have a rest of your day Mrs. Scott, you two Jase," Ell waves as the two leave the shop. "That wasn't so hard,"
"I just hope Tom likes them or whatever, can you told the bag please?" Edd looks at Ell. "Yeah," she takes the bag from his hand.
"Edd, hey!" Tord runs over to the two. "H-Hey Tord," Edd stutters. "Erm, sorry about, ya know, ignoring you and then ditching you at the café," Tord nervously laughs. "It's okay Tord, we can talk more tomorrow, but we have to get home, sorry," Edd shrugs. "Will you two just kiss already?"
"Ell! What the hell?!" Edd whips his head around to look at his sister, all flustered. "What? I thought you were dating," she gives the two a smug smile. "Er, well, I just saw you two, um bye!" Tord's face was all red as he ran off back to his house. "Ell what the hell, seriously?!"
"God, sorry, let's just get home, okay?"
