It was New Year's Eve and Sonic (wearing a beautiful white shirt (it was so beautiful it looked like a prism waiting to be shined by a light and turned into a rainbow) that goes down to his thigh with long sleeves that are also white but see through and attached by a very beautiful white and long glittering ribbon tied to the waist is a long glittering white see through that goes down to his knees and instead of red sneakers he wore pure white flats and there was a queen of the night orchid on the left side of his head and behind his spikes that had silver glitter all over and a moon pendant around his neck was beautiful and shined like pure bliss) couldn't even wait to get a New Years kiss from Knuckles and then he shined as the moon came in contact. Everyone who was excited about New Years is completely excited about a new entire year to come and the whole town and village was celebrating it in the middle of the green hill valley. Sonic decided to wait for the echidna to get here as he looked at the moon he avoided the rest of the crowd. Meanwhile about 11:38 pm Knuckles (wearing a autumn colored jacket while wearing a hoodie with dark brown baggy jeans) was looking all over for Sonic until he saw him standing out from the crowd looking at the moon above Knuckles called out to him, HEY SONIC!!! Sonic turned to see Knuckles, he blushed pink and shined so very bright under the moonlight and said as he smiled, oh hi Knux. The red echidnas face turned red as his fur and had a horrific nosebleed by looking at the beautiful blue hedgehog and whispered as he looked at him in the bright moonlight ( I mean really Sonic was so bright he made Amy Rose blind), wow he's like an angel and he's so pretty. Sonic saw how Knuckles reacted towards him. As he ran towards Knuckles he tripped and fell. Knuckles ran towards Sonic immediately and yelled out, WATCH OUT!!! Then it happened Knuckles grabbed Sonics hand and caught him just in time. Sonics heart began to beat as he immediately noticed that he landed on Knuckles chest and realized that Knuckles caught him just in time. Knuckles looked at Sonic and said as he glimmered, are you okay Sonic? The hedgehog gave him a small nod as he smiled. Then they heard the count down and realized it's almost midnight. They gazed into each other's eyes and went for the kiss. They leaned towards each other for their moment. As the clock struck twelve and everyone yelled out, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Their lips touched just in time. And as they kissed the sparks fly. When they parted away from the kiss and parted away they looked away in a blush and smiled as they held each other's hand and looked into each other's eyes once again and walked away together. Amy who saw the whole thing was getting very jealous and angered as she yelled she started to throw a fit, THIS IS NOT FAIR!!! NO FAIR NO FAIR NO FAIR I WAS SUPPOSED TO KISS SONIC IN FACT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SONICS FIRST KISS THAT IS SO NOT FAIR I CANT BELIEVE I LOST THAT KUSS AND HIM TO THAT STUPID KNUCKLEHEAD ECHIDNA AND NOW I HAD TO WATCHED HIM AND KNUCKLES HUGGING AND KISSING EACH OTHER!!! With that Amy stamped her feet and walked angrily on the way home leaving Sonic and Knuckles to gaze into each other's eyes for another lip lock.
