Knuckles was feeling unstoppable against Enerjaks army until Enerjak himself had the advantage.....he decided to his secret weapon (actually he got Sonic mind controlled and had him fight against his will) fight and destroy him....

Sonic was restrained to a electric chair as he was terrified of what might happen if they try to harm him....Sonic shouted, WHAT DO YOU WANT KEEPING ME HOSTAGE ISN'T GOING TO MAKE KNUCKLES QUIT DUMMY!!! Enerjak said, hehehe I'm not planing to keep you hostage....I'm planning to use you to destroy Knuckles The Echidna..... Sonic gasped as the evil echidna laughed.....then it happened he flipped the machine on and Sonic started to scream as the electric chair was turned on.....

Knuckles was almost for the win that is until Sonic arrived (wearing bright black and white armor from his neck to his feet) with an evil look....Knuckles knew that Enerjak did something to him as Sonic tried to punch him....,Knuckles yelled, SONIC SNAP OUT OF IT THIS ISN'T YOU!! Sonic didn't listen he said with an evil grin, you shall pay dearly for your disrespects to Enerjaks..... Knuckles was furious that Enerjak took his sweet blue flower to his advantage....they fought as Enerjak laughed which made Knuckles enraged on the inside but he needed to find a way to get Sonic to snap out of it.....he thought and thought as he dodged Sonics every move.....then he came up with a way to get his boyfriend back..... Knuckles dodged Sonics punch, grabbed his waist, and kissed him..... as soon as their lips touched Sonic snapped out of it......they pulled apart as Sonic whispered, Knuckles are you....? Knuckles placed a hand on his cheek and said, no I'm fine are you alright? What did that menace Enerjak do to you? Sonic started to cry and said, he manipulated my mind, and started controlling me so he would get me to hurt you.....Knuckles kissed Sonic on the forehead as Enerjak yelled, I'LL BE BACK GUARDIAN!!! Knuckles listened but held Sonic in his arms to comfort him.....then theirs lips touched once more....
