Chapter 21

I could feel my face start to blush and I lay down next to him.

"I love you too kian," I told him as I nuzzled my head into his shoulder. He chuckled and put his arm around me.

"What are we going to do when I have to go home?," I asked him.

"You can move in here Riley, you never have to go home," he said holding me tighter.

"I can't stay here Kian. I have to finish school and Marcus's parents will be home soon. I doubt that they would want me staying here," I told him as I played with his hair. He sighed and looked into my eyes.

"I don't think I can go back to the life I used to live. It was so fucking fake and I absolutely hated myself," he said.

" you cant live here forever though. You will need to get a job and your own house or apartment," I said.

"Nate, Marcus and I were going to get a place together," he told me, "When do you have to be back home anyway".

"In about 5 days," I said and he sighed again.

"Can we talk more about this in the morning babe, I'm getting tired," he told me. I gave him a smile and started to laugh.

"Did you just call me babe," I asked as I sat up.

"Maybe," he whispered as he closed his eyes. I stood up and pulled the covers over him. He smirked as I started to back away and grabbed me by my waist. I laughed hysterically as he pulled me back onto the bed and tickled my stomach.

"Where do you think you are going," he asked, putting his arm around me.

"You said you were tired, I was going to bed," I told him.

"You can stay here," he said quietly as he slowly stroked my hair.

"Well I need to go change anyway so I'll be back in a second," I laughed as I tried to get up.

"Here, wear this," he said as he grabbed his t-shirt from the ground and handed it to me. I took it and looked at kian's face as he smiled at me.

"Can you please close your eyes," I said, throwing a pillow at his face. He rolled over and put his hands over his eyes.

"Okay, you can change now," he told me. I quickly slipped my dress off and pulled his shirt on. It was warm and smelt really fucking good. I got under the covers and closed my eyes. Kian rolled back over and put his arm around me again.

"Goodnight," he whispered in my ear which made my whole body tingle.

"Goodnight Kian".

"RISE AND SHINE KIAN!," Nate shouted as he barged through the bedroom door.

"Nate, get out," Kian moaned as he pulled a pillow over his head.

"Come on! Get up! Let's get the day started," Nate said as he danced over to the bed. I laughed and he stared at me in shock.

"Oh I didn't realise you had company Kian," he said as he jumped onto the bed, "Good morning to you Riley".

"Good morning Nate, how are you," I yawned as I took the pillow from kian's head.

"I feel very good thank you for asking," he said. Kian then pushed Nate off the bed with his feet and continued to go back to sleep.

"KIAN!" Nate groaned.

"Come on kian, it's almost noon," I said as I got out of bed.

"I don't care," he replied as he put the pillow over his head again. I took one of his legs and started to pull. Kian just laughed at me as I was too weak to even move him a centimetre. Nate then got hold of the other leg and we both pulled until Kian was almost on the floor.

"Okay! Okay! I'll get up just let go of me," he said as he  sat up and stretched.

"Good boy," Nate replied as he ruffled kian's hair. We all made our way down to the kitchen to find Blake and Marcus kissing in the corner. Nate cleared his throat and they both quickly pulled away from each other.

"You guys are cute," Nate laughed as he sat down at the table. Marcus smiled and put his arm around Blake which caused him to blush.

"Are you hungry," Kian asked me as he opened the fridge.

"I'm starving," I relied as I joined him.

"Marcus there is like nothing in here," he said, looking at the bottle of water and half eaten pizza that sat in the fridge.

"Cold pizza will have to do," I said taking the box out and placing it on the table.

"Maybe we should go grocery shopping later then," Blake suggested as he took a piece and bit into it. I was about to do the same but I was stopped by Blake spitting the pizza out all over me.

"Do not eat that, it's disgusting," he yelled as he ran to the sink to rinse his mouth.

"Yeah that pizza has been in there for like 6 weeks," Marcus said as he sipped on his coffee. Kian wiped the chewed pizza off my face as I sat there speechless about what had just happened to me.

"Oh sorry Riley," he said as he walked over to help.

"It's fine," I laughed.

"I actually have to talk to you about something," he said with a sad look on his face.

"Is everything alright," I asked, concerned about what he had to say.

"My dad was away on a work trip. He was supposed to be away for two weeks but he came back early," he said. I gave him a confused look as I didn't know what I had to do with any of this.

"He texted me the other night asking me where I was and that he came home to surprise me. I told him that I was here and he got mad," he said.

"Wait. You didn't tell your dad that you were going to a different state,' I asked. He shook his head and sighed.

"I knew he wouldn't let me go. Now he wants me home by tomorrow and unless you have another ride home that means you need to be home by tomorrow also," he finished.
