AURADON PREP. I've never heard of the place until 2 months ago. I wasn't sure what kind of operation this boarding school was running until my siblings and I actually got there. My family and I have been off the royal radar for years now, but I guess mom and dad could no longer ignore King Adam and Queen Belle's proposal. My parents sat all five us down in the royal dining hall as dinner was being served by mom herself.

Yeah, my mom has this fetish for cooking. Has her own restaurant and everything. I admire her for it though. She's obviously not like other Queens you hear about. My family and I sat around the dining table watching as our mother and our father's beautiful wife gracefully waltzed around us while she placed some of her most famous dishes on the table.

"Ugh, mom. Must you torture us with these mouth watering foods?" My only and older brother, Prince Dylan, whined reaching for his lap napkin.

Mother lightly chuckled as she continued to move from the royal dining room to the massive kitchen she fell in love with, placing rich and delicious foods in front of us.

"I thank God everyday for being born into this family. If it's one thing mom can do, it's to make sure we are nice and full." One of the twins, Princess Jasmin, added finally putting away her phone.

Mom has this rule where we do not bring any of our electric devices down to dinner or there would be big consequences. When we were younger she always tried to scare us by saying the voodoo man would show up and turn us into frogs.

Coincidentally that's actually how my parents met and fell in love. My eldest sister, Princess Zoe, has come to the conclusion since then that our entire family is part frog. Which would be completely absurd. Because of her silly accusations, I had nightmares for countless of days when I little. But, luckily I grew out of it.

"You and me both hun." Dad chimed in.

My father has grown to be a very successful and amazing king. Which is why I don't understand why he is taking Beauty and The Beast up on their proposal. If anything I love my castle and going to school with the friends I already have. Ha... who am I kidding the only friends I have are my siblings. Because of our royal status it's hard to find real friends these days.

They either want us for the fame or for the money. If not either or then both. It gets depressing, but when you're royal you learn to fix your problems with money. Which is also why dad strongly encourages us to not hop into a relationship so soon.

What he doesn't understand is that we're now in high school where a lot of dating happens. He also doesn't know that Dylan is dating this princess that apparently goes to Auradon Prep.

Mother finally finished presenting her dishes for tonight and sat on the other end of the dining table across from my father.

"So, I know you guys have been doing a little ear hustling here and there this past week." She began.

"Mooom," The other twin, Princess Giselle, dragged out, "We would never ease-drop on your conversations."

Mom smirked before picking up the plate of cornbread to pass around. "Who said anything about it being my conversations?"

Giselle slowly wiped that smile off her face and replaced it with a look of guilt. With her chubby cheeks she can make anything look cute.

"I was talking about your father. I know you kids have been sneaking in out of his office when he's in meetings. And I know you're dying to know what they are about."

Dylan sighed as he reached for the red beans and rice. "Mom we're not little anymore. Especially me! You know. Your son, the next to be crowned king."

Father nodded as if he understood what it felt like to be left out on important information.

"Yes yes we know but, I had to make sure that this was still going to happen before I could tell any of you. Your mother respects that. And I need all five of you to do the same."

I had nothing to say. I was just hungry. I've been waiting all day to eat. Apparently so had Zoe because we were stuffing our faces like it was our last meal. Jasmin and Giselle rolled their eyes at our poor table manners before reaching for their lap napkins.

" Ok well then tell us. What is it that you have been having these secret meetings about?"

Usually Dylan was always asked by father to sit in on his meetings because he would be king some day and he had to know how these things work. But, these past two weeks dad had been sneaking around behind his only son's back.

"Your mother and I have decided to send you all to Auradon Prep in Auradon where King Adam and Queen Belle reside as the rightful rulers."

Zoe shook her head as she wiped her mouth with a napkin. "It's not that I have a problem with it, it's just why so sudden? Dad I thought you swore you would never make an alliance with any other royals. We're too powerful for that."

Mom nodded in agreement. "Yes hun, we are very powerful as a kingdom, but you have to understand not every kingdom has that privilege. The King of Auradon had basically begged for us to accept his proposal and with the conditions they are in. We decided to accept.

"But mom, usually when you ally with another kingdom that means you have to offer up a child to marry theirs." Jasmin pointed out.

Father softly sighed as he looked forward at my mother. She gave him the same look before laying eyes on Zoe. Although Zoe wasn't looking at neither of them she sat their her head down as she stared at her plate of food.

"So I have to marry their son in order to make this alliance work?" She questioned quietly.

"Honey. We wouldn't ask this of you if you aren't comfortable." Mom reassured.

"It's not like we need the alliance. They are the ones who need it. The only thing we get out of creating this alliance is becoming even more powerful than we are now."

I feel for Zoe. She had this plan of traveling the world, meeting new people, and just doing what makes her happy. I don't think she'll be able to do that once she's married to a soon to be king.

"No, it's okay. I understand."

"Sweetheart. Why don't you just give it a semester. If you don't feel like this marriage thing will work out between you and their son, Prince Ben, then we'll come to Auradon ourselves to come and take you all home. Sounds good?"

The four of us nodded as Zoe continued to look off into space.

"Zoe?" Dad said.

"Yea sure." Zoe grabbed her plate of food and we stood up. "I think I'll finish my dinner in my room."

The four of us looked at each other in awe. If mom and dad could easily ship Zoe off to Auradon for marriage then who's to say they can't easily do the same to the rest of us.

This is going to be one hell of a semester.

A/N: Hey everyone ! I'm back with another story! After the passing of the amazing Cameron Boyce, I just felt the need to write this story. I feel like this was my way of grieving over his death. It's honestly sad that we lost someone so young and full of life so soon.

I hope you guys enjoy the story and don't be afraid to give me feedback and such in the comment section. It would also mean a lot to me if you guys vote for this story as well if you're enjoying it so far.
