THERE was no class for us today seeing that we had just arrived and we have yet to unpack and get a full tour of the campus. The Headmistress found us coming down from King Adam's office and introduced herself. The first thing she decided to show us was to our dorms because she had a goodness 101 class to get to.
She promised that Prince Ben would be back to show us around. Zoe and I were right across from the twins. Dylan on the other hand was on the next floor up. So we had to say goodbye to our dear brother for the time being. The twins wasted no time running into their room as Zoe and I made our way to ours to unpack.
"Ew, what the heck? Why pink? Why not green? Or maybe even gold?" Zoe complained sitting on the bed covered with her luggage.
I ignored her comments grabbing the first bag I saw. I had to hurry up and get my belongings out of its casing before it began to wrinkle. Especially my favorite dress.
"Lana, do you really believe Ben will give up his girlfriend for some stupid arranged engagement?" Zoe asked beginning to unpack her clothes as well.
"For King Adam's sake I would hope so, but as for us I honestly could care less."
Zoe laughed throwing her now empty suitcase to the side and stepping over it to unpack another. I was now on my third suitcase when the loud rumbling of cheering and horns erupted from outside our window. I halted for a second to go and look out of the window to locate the noise.
"How cute." I said leaning against the window sill. "It's prissy and preppy little cheerleaders."
Zoe walked over and stood on the opposite side of the window sill with her arms folded. We both were looking out into the field where we could see many students either relaxing, exercising, having picnics, or just playing around with each other. Then we spotted the source of the noise. They were all over the place doing flips and splits practicing cheers and dances.
"What fun." Zoe said in a sarcastic tone.
Zoe and I kept our eyes trained on the cheerleaders as the door behind us swung open. The clicking of heels grew louder then stopped right behind us. It was the twins of course.
"I thought you gave up picking locks, Jas." I said.
"Yes, but it does come in handy." She smirked settling next to me by the window sill.
Giselle did the same next to Zoe. Both looked out the window catching where Zoe and I were so focused on. Jasmin beamed.
"Giselle and I were hoping this mini castle sported a cheer team. Thinking of trying out later this week."
"Why not today? They're already down there practicing. Might as well get it over with." Zoe said leaning into the window opening.
"We'll think about it." Giselle butted in.
"Ugh look at them. All in love. It's sickening." Zoe scoffed.
We followed to where her eyes moved to and saw Prince Ben and Mal sitting at a bench laughing and drooling over each other. I smirked before giving Zoe the side eye.
"Zo, what has gotten into you all of sudden? I thought you were happy he has a lover already."
"I was..but now I'm bored. I need some eye candy to feast on now."
The twins rolled their eyes. Eventually this side of Zoe was going to come out. You can say she's quit the player. Us three on the other hand don't compare what's so ever.
