Addie placed a leather gloved hand on her mouth, she wanted to laugh at Seraph and Othello's reaction, but she knew it wasn't appropriate. Instead she apologized, "I'm sorry, I'm not usually like this," She confessed, "I keep my feelings and opinions bottled up inside, so when a situation like this arises, I can't help but let it all out." Seraph bowed his head in embarrassment for his open mouthed reaction, this caused another wave of silence to take over the academy, but this didn't get unnoticed; a ginger haired, green eyed girl walked over to the door.

The girl stood behind Seraph but looked over his shoulder so she could see who else was there: when she saw Othello she waved her hand, then when she saw Addie she grinned at her. She squeezed her way between Seraph and the wall, then held her hand out to greet Addie, formally, "Hello, miss." She introduced herself, "My name is Genevieve, and you are?"

Addie looked to her right shoulder, to her relief Celtore was fast asleep, so she shook Genevieve's hand and reciprocated the greeting, "Hello, Genevieve, my name is Adelaide. But please, call me Addie."

"Hello, Addie." Genevieve and Addie released their hands and let their arms swing back down to their sides, Celtore wobbled a little as Addie did this, but he didn't wake. "Adelaide is a nice name." Genevieve remarked.

"Thank you," Addie replied, the new day of the new year was going really well, she'd met more friends in less than a day than she did in the whole first year, "It means noble, but kind."

Seraph finally perked up and joined in the conversation, "Addie is a noble, and she doesn't mind talking to us."

Genevieve's eyes widened in surprise, "Really? Are you a first year? You can't be a second year as they are all eating in the atrium, yet I didn't see you downstairs earlier this morning." She pondered.

"No, I am a second year," Addie announced, "I can just get away with not being noticed if I'm not around. I don't really know or speak to any of the other second years, I was too quiet in my first year."

"But, are you not hungry?" Othello asked Addie in concern, finally having a chance to join in the discussion.

Addie smiled and let out a single chuckle at Othello's question, she shook her head. As she did this Celtore woke up, his slumber had been rough enough with the talking, but to have his bed disturbed really took the biscuit. He stretched out his body, flexing his claws and yawning, acid dripped from his top fangs and splashed onto his tongue. He flapped his wings and waved his tail about. Addie looked at him, raising one eyebrow, "You finished now?" She joked.

Genevieve and Seraph looked at the little dragon in awe, "Is this your demon?" Genevieve asked.

"Yes," Addie answered, "He's an Acid Bellower dragon, a miniature one. His name is Celtore." Genevieve went to pet Celtore's head but Addie stopped her, the same way she stopped Fletcher, "Please, don't touch him. He is very aggressive, he's seen a lot war and violence in the past. He still can't get used to strangers." She explained.

"What kind of war and violence?" Seraph asked.

Instead of repeating herself, which Addie had been doing a lot that morning, she summarized the situation her father and the albino orc had been in, "Basically my father and the albino orc had a bit of a disagreement, a bad one to say the least, Celtore was my father's demon but when my father died Celtore became mine. Celtore was very close to my father when the albino orc decapitated him, and ever since then he has been on edge." Celtore rubbed his head against Addie's cheek.
