Nadine's pov

"Geez, will it seriously take forever for you to get ready?" I practically hollered from our bedroom as i sat on my bed and laced my shoes.

"Geez, do you seriously have to cry out, Nads?" She strutted from the restroom, shooting me back sarcastically in her tone, reciprocating my protest earlier.

I rolled my eyes. "I wouldn't, if you didn't spend forever."

"You need to take a chill pill," Logan chuckled. "Its only a half past 12. Didn't you say that we'll meet them at 1? We still can make it there within fifteen minutes."

I hastily stood up, interlacing my own hands in front of me. I walked towards her with a wide fake smile spread across my lips. "Logan, darling, you seemed to never understand me."

She arched her brow. "How so?" She crossed her arms over her stomach.

"I hate making someone else wait." I crossed my arms as well, mimicking her gesture.

"I see." She nodded teasingly. "Is it because of you hate making someone else wait or is it because of you so eager to see Brandon Flynn?" A smug smile took over her face.

Right.

You haven't heard anything so wrong.

So, two days ago, Logan officially met Dylan and the rest of the gang. For my apology after keeping everything about Dylan and Brandon under her radar (but she found out the night when i got wasted), i finally did something i should have done that day at the music festival.

I let Logan meet Dylan.

And to my surprise, Logan didn't scare him away. To say she was some kind of crazy fangirl was an understatement. Im not trying to say that in a bad way, of course. She had done everything that was out of my logic. The Logan Campbell, who always freaks the hell out whenever someone mentions Dylan's name, stopped dead in her tracks. Froze.

I didn't know someone like Logan could experienced such a thing when it comes to see her idols. Let alone having the opportunity to spend the day with them.

Well, some people might have been feeling the same when they had to meet their idols. The anxiety, edginess, fidgetiness, but also the happiness, the excitement, you know every single feeling that was hard to explain are being mixed at once, that might be getting them to stand clueless.

But some people might as well act crazy. Grabbing their idol's body parts here and there, trying to pull them into a compulsive hug and whatsoever.

But it is safe to say that she was far from that.

And ever since that day, she's being a part of this group.

My mouth was left agape. "What?"

"Nice trick, Nadine. Next time you can't wait to see him, just tell me." She walked past me as she shot me with a wink.

"That'll never happen." I mumbled under my breath.

"I can hear you, Nadine."

"Geez—,"

I stopped her before she let out more words. "Save your fuss for later, young lady."

I parked the car next to Brandon's rental car. I figured they just arrived since none of them had left the car.

As soon as the car's machine stopped humming, five of them started getting out of the car. Followed by Logan, and i as the last to join the crew.
