The Unexpected.
My father drove me of the city and into the desert. He kept going,all my attempts to ask him where he was taking me went unanswered my dad was acting like he was possessed or something was possessing him.
"Dad where are we going ? Dad!! "
I yelled but he didn't answer he just kept driving.
"Dad! "
I yelled and I finally got his attention.
" I'm taking you to meet Lucifer, my father. "
He answered, his voice deep and scary and so not like him.
"Dad if this is a prank you can stop now I learnt my lesson. "
I tried to say with humor but failed. I was scared, really scared I've never seen my father like this.
"Lucifer? Dad what are you talking about? "
I said touching his shoulder. We were halfway into the desert when dad stopped driving.
"You were with one of the fallen how did you two meet?"
Dad said looking at me. The fallen what was dad talking about? Dad came out the car and walked around to the backseat of the car opened the door grabbed me by hair and then dragged me out of the car and into the burning sun.
"The fallen how did you meet?"
He repeated his grip on my hair tightening.
"Christian Dad, are you talking about Christian?"
I asked confused by his words I had no idea what or who is the fallen. I was about to say something when I saw something like a bird flying towards us.
"Fallen we meet again."
My dad hissed pulling me up by my hair to stand if front of him. The bird like figure land some feet from us but it wasn't a bird it was Christian.
"Christian."
My Dad said holding me close to him.
"So you've come for your charge."
"Yes I have I'm meant to protect her."
Christian said looking at me.
"You know if she dies history will just repeat itself fallen so why bother?"
My Dad said.
I didn't understand the conversation that they were both having,they were both say things that didn't make sense to me.
"The reason why I always protect her demon, I love her."
Christian said his eyes still on me but searching. What was he searching for. My Dad laughed before he said.
"I'll rip your wings off fallen and condem you to walk the earth like your brothers and sister."
"I cannot be condemned the only thing I did wrong was fall in love with my charge."
Christian said his eyes still on me as he spoke.
