When I wake up, I feel rested for the first time in weeks. Yesterday I got that God forsaken sling off of my arm. Jenna said that my shoulder is all better now.

I yawn and move over to cuddle into Vic but he's not there and I'm no longer in his bed. I open my eyes and look around the empty room.

He must have moved me during the night or when he woke up this morning. It wouldn't be the first time.

I smile feeling comfortable, unwilling to leave the warmth of my bed. I feel like going back to sleep so I reposition my pillow but when I do, I feel something. It feels like paper.

Confused I lift my pillow and find a twenty dollar note. Then I remember that I had put the tooth the dentist pulled out under there.

Excitement bubbling through me, I grab the money and leap out of bed. I run out of the room but bump into someone.

"Woah, slow down. Why are you running?" it's Vic and it looks as though he's just gotten out of the shower.

My eyes travel down his dripping wet chest. He's so hot. My gaze drops to the towel that's hanging loosely around his waist.

Ever since Vic gave me that hand job I've been wanting to do the same to Vic. I want him to feel like he made me feel. I want to hear him make those noises I made. But I'm too embarrassed to ask.

Vic puts his fingers under my chin, tilting my head up.

"My eyes are up here you little pervert." he smirks. "Now why were you running?"

Remembering the Tooth Fairy, I excitingly show him the twenty dollar note.

"The Tooth Fairy came, Viccy!" I say excitingly. "She brought me money and she took my tooth. I have to show Mama and Papa!"

He chuckles and kisses my forehead

"Alright baby. Go show them." he grins. "but slow down. Don't hurt yourself."

I hug him quickly before moving around him and speed walking to the stairs. I rush down them and find Mama and Papa in the dining room.

"Mama! Papa! The Tooth Fairy came!" I exclaim. "But she brought me twenty dollars instead of one dollar!"

Mama smiles gently at me.

"She must have been trying to make up for the teeth she's missed." Mama says.

"Do you think it was an accident? Do you think I wasn't bad?" I ask hopefully.

"I think it was all just a misunderstanding Kell. I think the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny just got confused." she tells me.

I grin and take a seat across from them staring down at the money in my hands.

"What are you going to spend it on, Kell?" Papa asks curiously.

I haven't even thought that far yet.

"I don't know yet." I murmur. "I've never had money before."

"You'll figure something out kiddo." Papa smiles.

I nod and marvel at my money.

"I'll make you breakfast in a sec, Kell. I just want to talk to you about something first." she says.

My heart stops. What does she want to talk to me about? Does she know about Vic and I? Does she know about what happens to Vic at school? Does she want to get rid of me? What does she want to talk about?

I gulp and nod.

"Okay. What is it?" I whisper.

"We spoke to Dr. Stump and he said that your sessions were coming along well. You've been really opening up." she explains.
