Chapter 36

  (Author's note 📝: Throughout the past week that Emilio has been avoiding y/n, Ivan and y/n have gotten closer and spent more time together) *still y/n's pov* I drop my head into my hands and begin to cry. Then suddenly there's a knock at my room door and Ivan comes in. "Y/n, I was wondering if you wanted to watch a movie with me, Jake is leaving with Erika to film something and he said I could watch anything I wanted in his room while he's gone" he says as he comes towards the bed. I quickly wipe my tears and look to the other side to conceal my red face from him. "Ivan, I'm busy today. Maybe some other time" I tell him and look down but still so that he can't see my face. I guess he might have noticed there was something wrong because he asked what was wrong and sat next to me. "Its just my allergies" I reply. Ivan chuckles. "Y/n, you're not allergic to pollen. You can't fool me that easily, I know you. Now, seriously... what's making you sad?" He asks and I feel his hand on my thigh. *Ivan's pov* She looks up and her nose is red and her lips are a darker shade than usual. I can tell she's really upset. "I think I might have really messed up with Emilio, he's been ignoring me for the past week" she tells me and starts to cry again. I hold her in my arms and I hug her tightly . "Emilio has been ignoring me too" I tell her. "What?" She asks as she looks up at me. "Yea, he hasn't even looked at me for the past week but I have seen him hide when you come into the same room that he's in" I tell her. "I really messed up then" she tells me and puts her head on my chest again. I get up and grab her hand and start walking her to the door. "Ivan, what are you doing?" She asks. "You're upset and I can't see you like this because I love you... I MEAN it breaks my heart. So I'm taking you to go talk to Emilio. Hes in our room so he can't run or hide this time." I tell her. She looks taken aback and then it hits me that I told her I loved her without even realizing it. 

  *Still Ivan's pov* I quickly shake off the fact that I just told her how I truly feel and open the room door. "Come on y/n, let's find out what the problem is so you can be happy again" I tell her as I extend my hand out to her. She grabs my hand, I only extended my hand out for her to pass through the door but she holds my hand. "Thank you Ivan" she says and kisses me on the cheek. We walk to my room and and I see Emilio on the bed. I open the door and I signal y/n to come in. *y/n's pov* I'm about to walk in the room and Ivan hugs me. He whispers into my ear "if you need me, I'll be in Jake's room". Ivan leaves and Emilio sees me. "Y/n..." he says and gets up quickly. "Emilio, we need to talk" I tell him as I approach him. "Y/n, I can't talk to you. Please just leave" he tells me and backs up. "Emilio, you've been avoiding me and I can't help but to think that you-" I try saying but he interrupts me. *Emilio's pov* "y/n I really cant talk to you, not now." I tell her and go to walk out the door. "Why not? Was the promise too much for you?" She asks me. I continue walking. "Emilio! I'm talking to you!" She yells out and pushes me a bit. I stop walking and turn around. "Y/n just let me leave before I say something that will break both your heart and mine" I tell her. "Emilio, just tell me what's wrong...You don't want to have a baby with me in the future...do you?" She asks. "I CAN'T TALK TO YOU BECAUSE SEEING YOU MAKES ME REALIZE THAT IF I TELL YOU THE TRUTH, I WILL LOSE YOU!" I tell her in a harsh tone. "Emilio...what did you do" she says and her voice cracks at the same time. "I-I can't" I tell her and go to open the door. "WHAT DID YOU DO?!" She tells me and shuts the door harshly. "Y/n...don't" i tell her as I'm about to cry. *y/n's pov* "You've avoided me for the past week and made me feel like this was my fault! The least you could do it tel-" I try saying. "I SLEPT WITH TESSA!"
