Chapter 44

  (The day of y/n's birthday) *emilio's pov* I wake up and quickly realize it's y/n's birthday. I get ready and head to her bedroom. I open the door and she's still asleep. I kneel next to her bed and brush her hair back and she wakes up sleepily. "Happy Birthday baby" I tell her and she smiles. "Thanks, but i think I'm going to sleep in a little longer" she says and closes her eyes again. I get up, head downstairs to the kitchen and I see Jake and Tristan. "What's up guys?" I ask as I open then fridge for some milk. *Tristan's pov* "Nothing much. Do you remember the plan?" Jake asks. "Of course" Emilio says and smiles at Jake and gets a bit red. "It's a big step, best of luck man" I tell Emilio and pat him on the shoulder as he sits next to me with a bowl of cereal. "So guys..." Jake says. "Yea?" Emilio asks. "I was talking to Tessa and I think it's time she comes back" Jake says. "What really?" I ask. "Yea, she has had enough time to reflect and explained how sorry she was and Nick says it'll be good for the business to bring her back." He says and grabs his camera. "Gotta vlog y/n's party" he says. *y/n's pov* Hours later everyone is getting ready for my party. To be honest, I'm glad it wasn't a surprise party, I don't do surprises. I'm wearing a pink velvet body con dress with nude heels. I head downstairs and I run into Emilio. "Hey" I tell him and smile at him. He looks at me up and down and doesn't say anything. "What's wrong?" I ask. "No-nothing, you just look so... beautiful" he says and smiles at me. 

  *Tessa pov* I arrive at the team 10 house almost halfway through the party and everyone is already dancing and having fun. I enter and the first person I see is Erika and y/n dancing. Erika quickly sees me and makes a face. "Why are you here?" Erika asks me and crosses her arms. "Wow, when I was in team 10 you were all kind and everything but now that I'm not you act like we weren't even friends?...and if you must now, Jake invited me." I tell her. Y/n walks up to us. "Erika, its fine." She tells Erika and walks away. I go after her. "Y/n!" I yell out as I push through people to try to get to her. I finally catch up and I apologize for everything that I had done and I explain why I did what i did. She looks at me for a bit and holds her arms out for a hug. I hug her and she whispers in my ear "I've missed my best friend". The sweet moment is interrupted by Jake. He went up to the dj booth and asked for everyone's attention. He says really sweet words and wishes y/n a happy birthday. After, he looks at Emilio who is fidgeting with something in his pocket and then says into the microphone: "Emilio here has something to say" and hands the microphone to Emilio. Emilio grabs the microphone. I looks around and takes a deep breath. "Not long ago I met a girl... A girl who I cried for, fought for, and lied for. Her name is y/n. She's the first person I've ever loved and she makes me truly happy" he says and makes eye contact with y/n. *y/n's pov* I smile at Emilio and he continues talking. "Y/n, you have made me a better person, you make me happy and I can't help but to think of marrying you one day, you are the one that I want to spend the rest of my life with but for that to happen, i need to ask you this" he says and puts the microphone down. He walks up to me while reaching into his pocket for something. "Y/n" he says while getting down on one knee and takes out a ring and shows it to me. "Will you make me the luckiest and happiest guy on earth and marry me?"

  *emilio's pov* y/n is just staring at me for a couple seconds and then begins crying. She nods yes, I put the ring on her finger and kiss her. Everyone starts clapping and congratulating us. The party continues. *Jake's pov* When i finally get a free moment with Emilio I congratulate him and talk to him. "So how's it going for you?...love life wise" Emilio asks. *emilio's pov* "there's this girl who ive always liked" Jake says, takes a drink and looks across the room at Tessa who is dancing with Chance. "Tessa." I say. Jake nods his head. "Go for it man. I think you've got a chance" I tell him. "You think?" He asks, looks at Tessa and then back at me. "Yea man" i tell him as i pat his shoulder and walk away. Now that's as much as I remember about last night. The next morning I woke up laying next to y/n and we were both naked. *Ivan's pov* Days have passed since I told Jay that I wanted her back and luckily she told me she had been waiting for me. Currently I'm packing for my flight back to LA for tomorrow. Just as I'm about to go to the kitchen for breakfast, Rebeca tells me that Jay is at the door. I quickly realize that Jay and I had planned to spend my last day in Spain together. Jay and I go out on a bike ride and then we watch and movie. Soon the day comes to an end and Jay is in my arms crying. "Babe I don't want you to go" she tells me. I hug her and then the craziest idea comes to me.
