A/N: It's about time I update huh? Well here it is.

Bill's P.O.V: School the next day, lunch

I looked up and saw Pinetree trying to decide where to sit before waking towards his sister's table. I'm not sure if he's avoiding me, but if so, that's got to stop right now.

I reached around his waist, and snatched him before he could sit at that table. I'm also doing my sister a favor by allowing her to be alone with her girlfriend.

"Woah" he shouted in alarm. He nearly spilled his food, but was able to catch it. Nice

"Bill, what are you doing?"

"Hanging out with my friend. You're not avoiding me, right?"

"Uh, course not."

Yeah right.

"You can let go of me now," he stated bluntly. He was sitting on my lap, with my arms wrapped around his waist. I should probably let him go.

"Oh sorry." I reluctantly released and he moved to the empty seat beside me.

We sat there silently eating our lunch, not saying anything for most of the lunch break. I would've started a conversation, but I wanted to let him start it, to see what he had to say. Judging by the silence, he's probably uncomfortable though he doesn't look it. Maybe he's just good at faking.

"So how's your day going?" he finally asked. Typical conversation starter.

"You know, living, breathing, being. It's pretty wild."

"Are your parents still bothering you?"

Oh

"No I didn't see them this morning." That's because I skipped breakfast to avoid them, but he doesn't need to know that.

"So you're not going to be grumpy today then. Good"

Touche

"There's a lot of things that make me upset. Not just my parents."

He leaned closer to me and lowly asked, "Is it your time of the month?"

"What?"

"Then I think we're good." He gave my shoulder a pat and walked off to throw away his tray.

This definitely is a whole new attitude from yesterday...

I walked over to him and threw away my tray as well.

"Hey, so I was thinking that we should go watch the live Beauty and the Beast. You haven't seen it, I want to watch it again, and since it has so much hype, you could do a review on it afterwards," he proposed.

Huh, that was very thought out.

"Are you asking me out?" I asked.

He went completely dead-pan, "I'm asking you as a friend."

Oh, there's the Dipper from yesterday. I knew he wasn't far.

"Too soon?" I asked playing off my question as a joke.

"Any time will be too soon," Dipper replied throwing away his extra food. He hardly ate anything.

"What time?"

"Oh! You actually want to go?"

"You're reasoning was too good to dispute."

"Um, I was thinking tonight- but we can do it any day you like."

"Tonight sounds good," I replied.

"Thank you"

Before I could ask him why he'd thank a friend for hanging out with him, he dissipated into the crowd.

A/N: This story constantly surprises me. I don't plan these things, they just happen. I haven't been updating because of work, so I do what I can.

Sorry this chapter is crap. I'll fix it.
