Josh walked through the hallways, keeping his head down.

As he made his way through to his locker, he noticed Tyler standing at his with a bunch of his friends. He watched in awe as the boy smiled and laughed. He moved in a way which was uncertain yet elegant.

Josh smiled to himself when he finally looked away to put his bag in his locker.

When he looked back up, Tyler was staring at him. The younger boy grinned and waved, and Josh gave him a small smile in return.

All of Tyler's friends gave him an odd look as Josh walked away, but he just flashed a smile and grabbed his books.

Tyler smiled as he made his way to his next class. Art.

He sat down next to Josh and grinned at him.

Josh chuckled. "You seem happy today."

"I am."

"Any particular reason?"

"Nope."

Josh looked at Tyler for a moment. He smiled back, basking in the positivity that radiated off of the younger boy. He was about to speak when the teacher walked in.

"Alright class, here are your grades for the designs you made with your partners."

Josh looked at the paper nervously.

"Tyler!"

"What?!" Tyler looked over with wide eyes, expecting the worst.

"We got an A!"

"Sick!"

Josh laughed. "Yeah, sick."

Tyler threw his hand up for a high five, and Josh flinched slightly.

The older boy quickly realized what he did and tried to hide it, high-fiving him back, but Tyler had already noticed. He decided it was best not to mention it.

"So, who's taking it home?"
