"Tonight, we are young. So lets set the world on fire! We can burn brighter! Than the sun!" Adri and I decided to have a singing/crowing marathon. We pulled up some of our favourite songs and played them loudly so we could sing on top of our lungs. Luckily, Mr and Mrs. Gray isn't home yet. They would probably cut the light system and beg for ear plugs so they wouldn't have to endure this torture.

"Now I know that I'm not, all that you've got. I guess that I, I just thought, maybe we can find new ways to fall apart..." Adri doesn't have the best voice ever. She would change notes every five seconds and started screaming whenever a high note would come on. I sing terribly along with her as to not wound her ego.

She thinks she can sing.

We wait on the next song to start so that we can continue dancing around like maniacs. A smile crossed my lips when I heard the intro of the song. Only God knows why Adri has Phineas and Ferb's theme song on her phone.

Adri grab her brush while I grab my water bottle. "There's a hundred and four days of summer vacation and school comes along just to end it. But the annual problem of our generation, is finding a good way to spend it... Like maybe..." We both sing the first part then branch off into different parts. I begin to play my nonexistent guitar while Adri plays the drums as we alternate the different parts of the song.

"Building a rocket."

"Or fighting a mummy."

"Or climbing up the Eiffel Tower!"

"Discovering something that doesn't exist."

"Or giving a monkey a shower!" I dramatically turn to Adri and point at her. She glares at me and then tackle me to the bed. She begin torturing my sides with her fingers.

"Agh! Adri... Stop!" I scream between my laughter.

"Say you're sorry."

"No!" Was my not so smart reply.

"Wrong answer!" She smiles deviously and begin her torture again.

"Fine, fine. I'm sorry!" I shout. My stomach is beginning to hurt from all the laughter. She stops, thankfully, and I roll over on my side holding my stomach. "Gosh you're so evil." I said after my breathing returned to normal.

"You asked for it." She says combing her hand through her hair.

"Whatever. I'll get you back."

"You know I'm not ticklish" she stated almost smugly. I have absolutely no idea how she's not ticklish.

"Is there only one fish in the sea?"

"Whatever." The smug look fell from her face and she roll her eyes, walking over to her chest-of-drawers. She pulls open the top drawer, and take out numerous colours of nail polish.

Why she has so many is beyond my understanding.

"Blue? Purple?"

"Brown."

Adri mutter an 'of course' under her breath.

I sit up on the bed and stretch my foot across her thighs.

"So the guys huh?" She starts on my little toe. "They seem pretty cool."

"Yeah. They're pretty cool. I'm quite fond of them and it hasn't even been a month." I agree. They really were cool even though I met them under some seriously weird circumstances.

"I know right. Who knew we'd be the ones they immediately start talking to." She smiles. "I think Oliver is pretty adorable..."

"And quiet." I added. "And so was Zane but he's not so quiet anymore. He's determine that he gets to call me 'Dimples'."
