Mixed Emotions

Idk if the title makes sense lol. Tay is worried, Mo is confused, Kiki and Jaz are excited. Mixed emotions....lol ok never mind.

Saturday 12:00 pm

I woke up late. Today's the day my best friends leave me. I guess since I'm not going I have to unpack..... Ehh I'm too lazy I'll do it later. Then I heard a knock at my door.

Tay's mom: *from outside the door* Tay hunny can we talk?

I quickly put my headphones in and played a song on my phone so I can pretend like I didn't hear her.

Mom: Tay unlock the door hunny

Oh so now she wants to be nice. I turned the music up louder. Then of course she found a way to unlock the door and busted in.

Mom: Tay we need to talk

I took out my headphones as she sat on the side of my bed.

Mom: listen I kno ur mad at me, but u have to understand something

Tay: *sighs*

Mom: we would be more than happy to let u go, but I just don't wanna risk sending my baby all around the country with people I don't even know for six months

She does make a good point.

Mom: Kiki and Jaz's parents were saying all of these good reasons why we should let you go

I really didn't wanna say anything, but I was curious on what their parents said.

Tay: like what

Mom: well they said that it will be a fun experience and a one-time opportunity

Those are some really good reasons. I wish they'd let me go... Then there was a silent pause.

Mom: well I'm gonna go run some errands

Tay: is dad working?

Mom: yup

Tay: oh

Even though I'm mad at my mom, I wanted to get out of the house and get some fresh air.

Mom: so I see you're still packed

Tay: I was gonna do it when I woke up but I didn't feel like it

Mom: well get dressed cuz I don't wanna leave you here by yourself

I was actually ok with that cuz like i said, I need some fresh air. As soon as my mom left I casually got dressed and went downstairs. Damn I was so hungry. I went in the kitchen and made myself a sandwich with like everything on it. Turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, and mayo. I put it in a container along with some lemonade and got in my moms car. I was ready to go. Why was she taking so long she was already dressed.

Jaz's POV

OMG today is the day I'm gonna meet Ray!! It cAme so fast!!! Right now I'm finishing up with my packing. I've got so many bags it's not even funny. I had to make a list of the bags I needed to pack.

1. Suitcase with street clothes

2. Suitcase with JKTwinz wardrobe

3. Duffle bag with street shoes

4. Duffle bag with JKTwinz shoes

5. Make up bag

Kiki: do we have everything

Jaz: I think so

Kiki: yaaaay!!

Jaz: ikr!!

Kiki: I feel so bad for Tay

Jaz: yea me too

Then my mom came down.

Mom: hi girls

Us: hi mommy

Mom: ok so the tour leaves at midnight tonight

Kiki: ok cool

Mom: at around 5:30 I want y'all to get dressed in something nice

Jaz: for what

Mom: just do it *leaves*

Kiki: she never told us why

Jaz: do we wear JKTwinz clothes?

Kiki: probably

Mo's POV

I'm sitting in my room watching tv. I don't kno if I should finish packing, or if I should unpack. Cuz I don't wanna leave Tay her by herself. I just kno I have to dress fancy for Kiki and Jaz's surprise going away party.
